Jack came to us very knowledgeable and priced right. He is chemistry certified, so he knows pH and the right concentration of chemicals to keep our pool looking and feeling clean. No guessing games. He will also follow up with any issues and addresses concerns immediately. In fact we called on a Sunday, I was expecting to leave a message, but he answer the phone, that is over the top customer service.
We have very new and elaborate equipment which includes solar; Jack was very open and honest, that if he didn’t know about a certain part he would make sure he’d get the right person who does.
If you’re looking for a pool guy and he services your area, this is the business guy to hire.
