Gordon Q Lee, DDS

Wonderful office, wonderful staff, and wonderful dentist. We have been with two other dentists in West Sacramento, and they provided horrible customer service, and for some reason kept recommending lots of dental work that cost us quite a lot of money. By chance we found Dr. Lee, and we have been so pleased ever since. He is an honest, small-​town-​feeling dentist, who is kind and has great bedside demeanor with his patients. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I am very pain sensitive, so when my previous dentist decided to retire, I was on my own with questionable dentistry visits around town, until I was given a great referral to Dr. Lee’s office! Dr. Lee has taken good care of my troublesome teeth and has made me feel comfortable and no longer afraid to go to the dentist. His staff are all very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I appreciate the phone call reminder the day before each appointment and have never had any issues with rescheduling, plus I was able to get in on a dental «emergency» right away. Dr. Lee is a fantastic dentist and his staff will make you feel comfortable and welcome. Don’t take chances, like I did. Just go to Dr. Lee, then thank me later.

I had high hopes till one of the receptionists became snotty with me. I had an early Monday morning appointment, but learned that they had difficulty obtaining a fax from my doctor’s office on Friday. Instead of telling me Friday evening before they went home that my appointment time on Monday would be compromised, they just… went home! I was not upset so much over their lack of notification as I was with the condescending, snotty office manager/​lead receptionist that leered at me when I tried to ask why. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I’m surprised they would hire such a person.

Yet again I am reminded why my previous review was 5 stars too. This place is amazing! Dr. Lee is just fantastic; skilled, gentle and personable. The entire staff (shout out to my girls: Katarah & Sarah) is friendly and warm. You almost forget it’s the dentist. I am one of the many Americans without dental insurance, so Dr. Lee’s office sees me irregularly and only when I’m in pain; I am never hassled or berated for not being consistent in my preventative care. I continue to praise them for never pushing more on me than what I need and being conscientious of my budget. They remember me and take a personal interest in catching up with me, I don’t feel like a number or a cog on a assembly line. If anyone ever wants a recommendation for a dentist I am excited to tell then about Dr. Lee’s office!

Fast, friendly, and good hands. All the staff that work in your mouth are very gentle and efficient. They always get in and out in a timely manner, and you leave feeling good about a dental visit (that’s rare). And the girls at the desk remember who everyone is.

Great dentist and staff!!! I went to Dr. Lee based on his Unilocal reviews and they did not disappoint. He does his best to save you money and he fixes other peoples messes with a smile. So HAPPY to have a good dentist again!

Dr. Gordon Lee and his staff are the best! I love the receptionist, the dental assistant, the hygienist and the dentist! They have always done a great job and try to fit me in when I’m in town. I’ve been to multiple cities for my job, but make sure that I call the office when I’m back in Sacramento. Dr. Lee is great with trying to fit things in while I’m already there. I came in for a cleaning and needed a small filling replaced, they didn’t make me make another appointment =) Dr. Lee is honest and has not made any unnecessary recommendations like other dentists I’ve had in the past. You know he’s a good dentist when you hear how long his staff has been with him =)
