Fast and easy service. Made an appointment yesterday evening for this morning. They had quite a few walk ins before me but took me right away because of the appointment. Show up 5 – 10 min early so they can process your initial documents and then take you right in. I had a 10am and shows up at 9:53, at 10:06 they took me back and now it’s 10:15 and I’m in my car. Very professional and friendly!

If you fly a lot, like I do– TSA pre check is a must. Having status with the airlines and using their shorter lines still puts me in security lanes with the masses who are blessedly unfamiliar with the process of degradation that flying these days entails. By paying an 85 $ fee, answering some very basic questions about yourself, agreeing to be fingerprinted and have a background check done, you are allowed to use a TSA security line that does not require you to remove laptop from bag, take out liquids, remove your coat and shoes etc., greatly speeding up the process of getting to that flight you’re about to miss because the client meeting ran long and traffic is horrible in Houston and your Über driver can’t find the frigging airport and you can’t run fast in high heels and who invented these torture devices for my feet anyways and why won’t these people get out of my way when I’m clearly panicking over missing a flight I’ve been gone for five days and I just want to get home! I did the pre enrollment on line, entered my Zip code and was shown the nearest available TSA precheck center. I booked an appointment online and drove over with my passport. Once inside this building located across from Lowes in West Sacramento, I was greeted by perhaps the friendliest person I have encountered when trying to work through a government process. Promptly took back to a workstation, reviewed my online pre enrollment, fingerprinted, passport scanned, 85 $ paid via work credit card and my happy ass was out the door in less than ten minutes. In a few weeks I will have a number that can be entered at the time of flight reservation and I’ll be happily skipping past the hundreds of spring breakers trying to figure out if their stash is going to make it past the checkpoint. In summation: flying sucks. 85 bucks makes it a little less painful. Great customer service. No wait. Happy camper.
