I was coming in from out of town to attend a conference and needed a presentation board printed ASAP. I called Randy on a Friday asking if could pick it up on Sunday. Thoroughly unreasonable, I know.
Turns out they don’t open on Sundays, but Randy made an exception. Not only did the piece come out looking great, he did some custom cutting for me free of charge. He didn’t even charge me extra for the rush job or for taking a chunk out of his Sunday evening.
I’m disappointed that I’m not in the area and probably won’t have other opportunities to give them more business, they definitely deserve it!
