Great prices and great customer service I really like that guy his name David he help me a lot and always smiling and give the best he can for you. Sometimes I even call him in the phone store and he help as well.

I really don’t like going in here. Most of the time I go in here the employee is having a personal conversation on the phone and not really paying me, the customer any mind. It’s pretty unprofessional. It shows how bored the workers are here during the day. I have been sold 2 cheap, crappy, non-working adaptors for my phone here. No refund was given back to me. If there IS a problem with the phone, they wont help you. You have to go to the corporate store on West Capitol Ave in West Sacramento. It’s a huge hassle. It makes me want to change service providers ASAP!

I feel ripped off. I purchased a phone from Metro PCS and a prepaid service plan for ninety dollars. There was a big sign on the wall saying that a no questions asked refund would be granted if the buyer was unhappy with the phone or service within seven days. Well, I was unhappy because I got Zero(0) bars in my house. I went back within two days and the person behind the counter told me that there were places the phone service didn’t work in spite of the map. OK, I understand that, so I asked for a retund. He told me the phone service for the month was prepaid, so it was not refundable. The only thing refundable was the phone, and there was a twenty percent re-stocking fee. I pointed out that the poster on the wall said all money would be refunded, but he told me that only applied to corporate stores and they were not a corporate store and they could not honor the guarantee they had posted on the wall. I asked if I could take a picture, and he said«yes». So now I have a picture of a guarantee that is not honored and a phone that gets zero bars in my house and work. I feel ripped off.
