My experience was different than Kim W. The lab is in a modern medical office building with off street parking and easy to get to from downtown Sacramento. Quest is a national lab and it is not possible to contact the labs directly as they do not answer their telephones. I prepaid my labs (to save money through a third party Internet site) and set up an appointment online. Although the waiting room was almost full I was taken in at my appointed time. The staff were professional.

Do not waste your time going here. The lady in the front is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to run the front desk efficiently. I sat there for 30 mins and she didn’t even call my name. I asked when I was going to be called, since she called 4 people after me already, she then gave me attitude and asked if I even signed in. I told her I did a long time ago. She looked at her paperwok and said oh, well I’ll get to you in a bit. On top of that the lab tech stuck me TWICE! Asking if I was healthy and if I drank fluids, hello I’m 29 and breastfeeding!!! Of course I’m hydrated and healthy! They should really just close this facility. It will save so many others from headaches
