They have good sales. Their website is easy and clear. Nice mobile app. The staff here vary, they never seem to have enough of them tho! There is a very nice cashier, but I cant remember her name! She is A. A petite short hair I believe. Anyway she was very kind to me at check out. Because don’t ya know clipping coupons is still on! What a pain! And since there is always only one cashier… a line forms!

Im taking off one star for the fact that they are no longer 24hr. This Walgreens is always well lit, clean, well stocked, signage is easy to follow and organized. The staff does a great job keeping the shelves faced. They are also super knowledgeable friendly. Ive known Marta for years and she always has a smile.

Great customer service! The make up lady is so helpful, she gave me a coupon to use for the makeup I was buying which was awesome! Also she said if you are unhappy with a makeup purchase you can exchange it for something else. I really appreciate that! Occasionally they even have free samples of lotion or cosmetics. I also love thier ap for your smart phone, you can upload pictures from your phone, Facebook, or instagram and send it right in to be printed the same day. You can also fill your prescriptions. I once filled a prescription in thier pharmacy and they were very helpful and i was in and out which i appreciated since i was in pain. Their prices aren’t the lowest but they are pretty reasonable and it’s a good place to come if you just need a couple of things. They also have bread, milk, eggs and other various grocery items. We have always had a good experience here and shop here about twice a month.

Messy aisles, you don’t know how much it costs because the items are misplaced. I picked out a ty plush for my daughter and the price was $ 4.99 and at the register it was $ 5.99. This location needs a major fix. The lady at the register was nice at least.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews! There are homeless people asking for money, which does get really irritating, but you find that across the street at Safeway, Rite Aid, etc. It’s just the location! That being said, the pharmacist and staff are awesome. My fiancé has difficult medical needs, and his prescriptions are constantly changing. The pharmacists are on their toes, and when I give them a heads up that things are changing, they’re on it. His unusual medication they always order in advance without us even having to ask, it is always there when we need it. Diane is our lifesaver, she always works with us and insurance, and is the epitome of what a pharmacist should be. She knows us by name, always asks how my fiancé is doing, and genuinely cares!

Fail. The pharmacy staff won’t pick up the phone, no matter what time or day you call. I arrived for my flu shot appointment and they’re out. No phone call to let me know.

The store is always clean and the employees are very friendly but I will give this store 2 stars because of the other customers. I feel like I have to run to my car when I leave the store to avoid people asking me for money in the parking lot.

Perhaps this store might have a chance at improving with the recent development of infrastructure around it and more traffic but for now it pretty much sucks. Bad music on the phone too with a system that doesn’t even work properly. Trying to call the pharmacy will first get you hung up on, followed by a transfer to the front register. Third try usually gets you the pharmacist. Some employees are very helpful, others don’t know where stuff is in the store. Only come here if it’s necessary.

I am going to assume the other people who left bad reviews were off their meds? Ok bad joke, but I never have a problem with Walgreens, the pharmacist(s) are always helpful. Sure there are always a couple bums hanging around but its West Capitol & Jefferson what do you expect? I feel this Walgreens is no different than any other Walgreens I have visited which have all been pleasant. It’s a drugstore not Nordstrom’s.

Been filling the same three prescriptions here every two months for five years or more. In the last two years I have had generics substituted for what were clearly marked to be filled with the named medicine, had three prescriptions shorted by 10 pills, been told they’d need a hard copy of the original prescription before they could refill when they just needed to call the doctor, been told they wouldn’t fill two of them because they didn’t understand why I was taking both, so had to get a letter from the doctor explaining before they’d refill them, They’ve tried to charge me on numerous occasions for prescriptions covered by my insurance or Worker’s Comp. Almost every time I refill they assume something up front without checking their records, then when I point it out and they realize they were wrong, I’ve never once gotten an explanation or apology. I like the convenience of the drive-through pharmacy, and I’m a very patient person, but I’ve had it with this staff.

This Walgreens has seriously declined over the last year, or so. Everytime I call to fill a prescription, or with a question, it takes me forever to get through, and I am on-hold for easily 20 minutes at a time. They have become consistently late in filling my prescriptions, and it seems like they have a high turnover because I see new poeple almost everytime I am there. And the professionalism is fairly non-existent. I will not be going there anymore
