I equally hate and like this store. My hate comes from the fact that daily goods are often priced higher than Tops, if one can believe that. Pet foods, litter, etc., are generally much more expensive than Wegmans, which is right across the street. That being identified I must go on to the check out process. SUCKS is the only term that comes to mind. I can have two items and I get in line behind someone who also has two items. Unfortunately those two items have not been repriced correctly, or so consumer states. Nonexistent staff is called via intercom and no one responds. Go figure. I sit and listen to why these Disney Princess cups have been/are reduced to 5 cents from their previous 8 cents per unit. And I wait. Now I get antsy and look behind me to find maybe twenty people. Also in states of distress. The queues snake, the crowd grows weary and mouthy and no where is the«IFTHEREAREMORETHANTHREEPEOPLEINLINE» hostess to establish a new line of egress. I chuck my stuff and vamoose! I don’t think I can handle a mosh pit with my advanced age and there is most certainly something brewing behind me. On the positive side, when my vacuum cleaner decides to call it quits like I do at the check out, I can stop in SUPEREARLY and pick one up. Cheap. Must get there real early. All my vacuums crap out on me. The Dirt Devil’s from here tend to last more than a few months. They also do a good job.

Went there on Thanksgiving after they had been opena almost two hours. Went there for a «Black Friday Deal» which they had plenty of stock, right in the open, in the main isles. All 15 checkouts were open and each had about a 15 minute wait but at least they has ALL the checkouts open. Good job!
