I had a great experience with Technophobia. I called them mid day on a Friday with a computer problem. I needed it fixed before a trip on Mon. AM. Jenn and her team had the problem diagnosed in a couple hours, contacted me with options, saved my files and replaced my hard drive and had it ready for me by Sat. AM. They even accommodated special arrangements for me for off hours pick up. They were great about communicating with me throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I have been thrilled with the service, products and follow through of Technophobia for more than 5 years. The have fixed my old computers, built my new computers and kept me from throwing a lap top out the window. The service, quality and expertise is top notch. I also love the fact that a local business can do it better than the big box stores — with a personal touch.

Whoa… I’m giving this place a negative star.
5 months ago I wrote a review regarding a transaction that did not work well for my family. Read my previous review so I don’t need to reiterate.
Today I was contacted by a representative of this establishment asking me for details about the transaction in question. HELLO! Five months to get out from under your rock? I have been asked to remove my review, which I won’t even more now, and have been accused of writing a fictitious account of a non-​transaction.
Look for other places that perhaps learn from their mistakes and rest happy. Otherwise be prepared for verbal repartee.

I can’t say enough about what I’ve experienced at Technophobia. The service, whether on the computer repair and design side (I’ve gone through both, first in getting a damaged computer up and limping so that I can use it while saving money for a high end gaming/​video editing machine) or when enjoying the delicious beverages they proffer.
I’ve never failed in being satisfied by my visits to them and am often astonished by their ability to get me what I need, be it an answer to a question or an obscure piece of equipment or a game. Like I said, I can’t say enough about them. A+
