Nick over at iNNovative Concepts is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with in any business, never mind the auto business. The pride he takes in his work is outstanding, and he does the installs like he’s doing it to his own vehicle. Anytime I have vehicle customization that I need done, rather it be audio setups, remote starts, I’ll take the drive to Springfield and only let him do the work. I’ve seen the hacks that others have done and I’ve had Nick have to clean up multiple hacks and have had many referrals praise him as well.
I got a new car so I’ll be seeing Nick soon as well.

Nick was recommended to me by a few coworkers who have had some work done by him in the past, and I’m so happy they gave me the tip because I couldn’t be happier! I needed an upgrade on my 2006 Honda Civic BADLY. He put in a remote starter, all new speakers, and a new radio deck that had Bluetooth, an Aux cord, and USB. Nick was quick, clean and professional. I took the trip all the way from Somerville and I haven’t regretted it for a second :) Highly recommend!

Nick, the owner installed a remote start in my 2015 ram 1500, he was very knowledgeable and talked me through all the options and pricing available. I decided to go with the basic model which was integrated in my own key fob. He installed it on a Saturday afternoon and was ready shortly after, I believe he even waited to close up shop because I was running late picking up my truck. I have already recommended him to numerous friends. If you want a quick, clean install at an affordable price look no further.

I would honestly not trust anyone but Nick to touch my vehicles. I have worked in car audio in the past and have seen some nightmare jobs from other shops that were frankly scary in how they managed electrical wiring. Nick is incredibly knowledgable and knows exactly what he is doing from the years of effort he has put into both certification and experience. Nick did a great job with my remote start/alarm set up. I drive a standard so I was nervous with how it would work. He walked me through the whole process before installing so I had a good understanding. The remote start works great!
I went back to Nick to install my Pioneer in-dash screen. It works like a charm and all the wires are hidden. The install was so clean that you would have thought it was factory!

I have had Nick (the owner and master tech) work on two of my vehicles so far and he’s been fantastic. From help with a full double din conversion for my 05 BMW 330ci zhp to iPod integration for an 04 Volvo S60-R he’s been efficient, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgable.
I referred a good friend to him for a remote start install on his Subaru WRX and he did a phenomenal job again. It looked and acted like it came from the factory.
He is where I will be taking my new BMW when I do a speaker/amp/dsp upgrade. I’ve almost convinced my wife to have him do a remote start too ;)
If you’re looking for the most knowledgable and most reasonable car audio/accessory installer, Nick at Innovative is the best choice.
