Kwik Trans, Inc

I paid for enclosed transportation from Alabama to my address in Massachusetts. They picked up the car a few days late. The truck broke down in New Jersey and caused a several day delay. Then they claimed to not be able to reach me by phone and dropped my antique, unregistered car at a tow yard about 20 miles from my house. I had to pay the tow yard to release the car and pay the tow yard $ 200 to have it hauled to my address on a flat bed in the salty, snowy weather. These guys are the worst I have ever seen at customer service. They don’t care about you or your car. Find another transportation company! A deal with Kwik Transport will not end well!

Do not take Vito on his word! I sent out to several transportation companies for quotes and after reading the reviews I decided to go with Kwik Trans Inc. Vito had sent me the quote and I called and spoke to him and he stated he would be able pick up my car in the time period I had ask. Vito stated they would be there and each day they never showed up. Vito eventually stopped taking my phone calls — no apologies from him or the company.
Do not trust Kwik Trans Inc out of Massachusetts and I would advise anyone that they never take this man on his word as it is no good. I can understand that problems arise and sometimes things don’t work out but not to have the decency to call the customer and explain what has happened or even not bothering to return calls later on (I also sent emails with no reply back from him or the company). Bad business and bad customer service is all I can say.

We were very happy with the quick and efficient move of a car from Virginia to Texas. It arrived one or two days early in excellent shape.
I have called them already for another move.

Great costumer service, quick and on time delivery. Will definitely use them again.

In May 2013 Kwik Trans moved one of my vehicles from the San Francisco Bay Area to Cape Cod. Two years earlier the same vehicle had made the cross-​country trip on a car carrier without incident. This time things didn’t go so well.
The carrier driver was extremely courteous and attentive, albeit rattled by having driven the rig theough San Francisco for the first time. I had detailed the vehicle just prior to shipment and was intimately familiar with every ding and scrape on the exterior. The car was received on the Cape by friends in advance of my arrival about 1.5 weeks later. The car was garaged and not driven until my arrival. Initially it looked okay when I saw it. My driveway has a slight rise and when I drove in I parked on top of the rise. Having the car elevated revealed two virtually identical sets of bolt impressions were embossed in the plastic-​clad bumper. This suggests that the carrier operator had not once but twice either driven my car into the front of another on the transport, or that the other vehicle had twice been pushed into my car. Had my friends gotten down on hands and knees (not an easy task at our ages) they would have seen the damage but they didin’t and signed off on the vehicle condition. Bottom line: I’ll have to eat the cost of bumper repair or replacement.
There were also language barrier issues– which they tried hard to overcome, and a great deal of confusion on the route to get the car from California to Massachusetts. It’s unfortunate that things went south and that I am the one to have to bear the cost of someone else’s mistakes.
