Ryan at Kwik Fix SAVED MY WEEKEND.
And a LOT OF $$… really!
So I was on my laptop, (well, the laptop was on me) and got a pop-​up saying I needed to download the latest Adobe, and I did. Turns out, it wasn’t a real Adobe notification; damn, these viruses are good! Within an hour, I had all sorts of pop-​ups and was swearing up a storm… and I need my laptop! What’s a girl to do???
Staples charges $ 150 just for you to walk in the door and diagnose the problem so figure $ 175 – 200 once you are done with them. I did a Google search (with 10 pop-​ups, of course) and found Ryan. He called me right back, I met him later on, handed him off my laptop at 4:30 PM on a Saturday and said how much I needed it.
9:00 the next morning he calls to tell me it’s done! Seriously, he had to sleep too… and it is done. And it’s an $ 80 FLAT FEE for virus removal… take that, Staples!
Ryan is nice, so call him up right now, and he really is the «Kwik Fix»!! :)
