Super 8 Motel-West Union

stayed one nite (8-​16-​2013) standard king room — room was clean, the bed was just barely ok, shower was hot — -
Continental breakfast was great – homemade cinnamon rolls, homemade sausage gravy with a decent store bought biscuit – waffles available too – if in the area again would stay here just for the breakfast

Originally booked the room for 2 adults and had a friend join us as well. So, when we checked in, they confirmed our numbers and I told them that now we have 3 adults. They upped our rate by $ 10!!! I am sorry but what hotel does that anymore… I guess this one! This place was not worth the extra $ 10. When we got to the room, there was no ironing board or iron in the room. Went to the front desk to ask for one and they gave us a table top board and a faulty iron. They even took our room number (I hoped they were not going to charge us extra for that too)!
Overall, the place was clean. I did feel like it was rather outdated though. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular.
Since it is the only place around town, I guess I would stay here again if needed.
