I had my daughter at West Valley Taekwondo for about 10 years until we moved out of state. She started around 5 years of age, became a black belt at 8 and a second degree black belt at 10. The discipline and exercise made her focused and confident. Her certificates are treasures for a lifetime reminding us of her dedication and hard work. Mr. Overman’s breadth of knowledge and vast teaching experience instills humility and self-​confidence in these young people. I was very pleased with his service and fair prices, and would recommend his instruction to any parent.
