If I could give this business less than one star I would. I saw a positive review on another website. I took six pairs of pants to be altered and one pair as a template so seven total. The amount I was told was $ 60.90 that was for alterations only. I received a call a week later saying four of my pants were done and the other two they couldn’t do but they had also dry cleaned them all for an additional $ 30.00. After telling the woman I didn’t want or ask for dry cleaning she said that’s what they do with every pair. I guess they just forget to mention it before they do it.
When I went in to pick up my pants and just when I thought bad service couldn’t get worse it 100% did. For some reason the pants they couldn’t hem were ones I’d already cut so I could tape them up but had plenty of fabric left to sew. I really just wanted to be done with all this and I noticed there was a pair of jeans missing. Now I have to deal with this company still and I’m very curious to see how they will correct all this.
