Rude service, waited 50 minutes for fish and chips. Don’t come here if you are on your lunch hour.

You’ve got to try the salmon fish and chips. Basic Pub but with a wide menu and good food. Lots of TV’s for watching sports, a pool table and good service. If they could find a larger location where the liquor license could be transferred — they’s be the biggest thing on the west side.

This place is around the corner from my house, so after a day of yard work, or just laziness, and we don’t want to cook, we’ll come here for food and libations. It’s never a great experience. But it’s close, and the food is mediocre, so we put up with it. Well last time we went, mind you, this is like our 10th time there, shots were ordered. We asked for another round, but they said since that they’re a restaurant, they need to wait 30 minutes before serving us another round. I explained that their understanding of the law is incorrect and they’re implementing an even stricter rule in an already strict state, plus they’ve never implemented this rule ever before in my previous TEN experiences. The manager then said that she guesses she’ll have to talk to her servers about that since that has ALWAYS been the rule. Well if you’re going to talk to your servers I have a few more things for you to discuss with them. The majority of your servers are rude to your customers, EVERYSINGLETIME. None of the servers seem like they want to be there nor do they know what«well» drinks are, We get attitudes when they bring us the wrong items and ask them to take them back when it was their fault for bringing us the wrong thing in the first place. Then we get to hear them talk trash on my wife to their coworkers loudly behind the bar. I’m sure the owners here are good people, but I would not recommend anyone ever coming here. The employees are cold and their personal set of rules are alienating to their customer base. I do not like Chili’s, but damn, you’re seriously better off going there, or anywhere else for that matter. I can’t believe I frequented this location as many times as I have before making the decision to simply drive somewhere else farther away to avoid this joint. I do not recommend coming here to anyone.

Worst place to go for a beer. We ordered our beers and my best friend is deathly allergic to red peppers so I was going to order something like garlic bread for us. They said they couldn’t clean the grill off or use a separate bowl for her food all of their seasoning salt has red peppers so I said fine I’ll get some garlic bread for me. Halfway through our beers they say she has to eat something. I say she really would love to eat something but you need to make sure it’s not contaminated with red peppers. They say we can’t do that. I said she will go into anaphylaxis shock they said do you have an epi pen… Worst service ever. I made my best friend walk out I payed the check and left we will never go back… This place is absolutely the worst…

Just had lunch with my mom we both had Caesar salads they came out with a very small amount of dressing not even enough to cover half of the salad so we asked for some more. The waitress brought ranch then the correct Caesar. The part that got me was the charge on the bill for the extra dressing what a joke. I’ll never go back but hey you made a extra $ 1.38 off me good job.

This is a great local pub to grab a beer, shoot a game of pool, or have a bite to eat. This is a casual place with a few decent tap beers and good pub food. I really like the fish and chips; the fish is salmon which I like and is different from the normal cod that is available most other places. The Monte cristo is also great, and so are the chubby burgers.

I tried to be impressed and like this place since I love trying new places, but the service here just isn’t up to par. Staff is rude and food isn’t good enough to cover for bad customer service. Save your money and head to a nicer bar that isn’t built is such a dumpy area and smells.

Oh my gosh! Everything was so freakin good. Everything. My husband had a bacon ranch chubby and I had a bleu cheese and bacon burger. Mouthwatering is the only word to describe how good the food is. Super chill environment and the music is stellar. Definitely our new favorite place!

A phenomenal blue cheese burger, amazing fries, great Reuben’s, wonderful chubbies and a couple pints of the good stuff. I recommend the Apricot Hefeweizen For two people it comes in under $ 30.00! I’M FLOORED. Thank you Copper Creek! Come early though this place is packed on the weekends and Friday nights for sure. But you certainly wont regret the wait.

Yeah. Probably not the place to go if they don’t know you or vice versa. Business. I don’t think that I have ever seen people so busy even when nobody’s there. Curt at best. You’ll get adequate service, just go with someone you know if you expect conversation.

You want a crappy strip mall sports bar experience go here! I would like to share my experience because my mind is blown. The place was not busy at all on a Sunday night and the server asked us to move from our table which seated six(there were only two of us). I get it if the place is full however it was not. The server moved us to a table for two with a small TV. I told her if the place gets busy I’m happy to move and I went back to our original table. Our server then passed us off to another server since she was obviously was perturbed with us. It was a long time before she even came to take our order. Then said our order would take awhile. This was said while I watched the cook standing there watching the football game. Terrible customer service. I did not argue or act like a jerk. They obviously don’t want my business so I left. No hard feelings, I will just walk out and go to a place where I can get great service. Buffalo Wild here I come. I sat down there and was recognized promptly by servers. They obviously get it.

Copper Creek used to have the best service and food, but this place has gone downhill. Last time we waited a long time for our food. Even though the waitress made her best efforts and provided free chips and salsa. My sandwich was fine, but my husband’s burger was charcoaled and we didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes for another one. I haven’t been back, but he has and he stated his burger was still crappy, the service was over an hour long, and this time the service wasn’t as nice about it either. It’s sad, because we had great memories of this place, but I highly doubt we will go back.

Popped in here to kill time between family arriving and departing from the airport. Nice spot, very laid back. Service was solid; our waiter was friendly, attentive and patient(I was with 3 girls who have no clue what they want anywhere at anytime). Boulevard Wheat on tap, and being a KC native, this was the primary reason for seeking this place out. Only $ 11 for a massive pitcher, and I was a happy camper. Food was pretty good. We dug the fried cheese curds, but other than that, it’s typical bar fare. Good, but not mind blowing.

Was there last night for the first time. I had the cesar steak sandwich and buffalo chips. The sandwich was great. Steak was cooked well, the beer was cold and the server was pretty awesome. My buddy had the mushroom risotto and had only good things to say about it. I plan to return soon and bring my wife along!

I have been a very happy customer of this place for a long time. By «long time» I mean multiple times per week. For YEARS. That ends today. The food is great at this place. Awesome. I can’t count how many people I have raved to about the food. While the service is sometimes spotty, it had never been bad, until today. Yesterday afternoon, I called about placing a take-out order. I know the place is small. I know it’s busy. Which is why I called to let them know I would be placing a large order the next day. I was asked how many people would be included in the order, and I said 12 – 14. I was told that would be no problem, and to call 10 minutes before they opened to place the order. At 10:50, having all my proverbial ducks in a row, I called to place the order. I confirmed that they had been advised beforehand that a large order would be called in today. And I started on my order. And things went to Hell from there. Here’s a tidbit of the conversation: Female employee, after having been passed to her by the male employee who I started the order with: «OK… just so you know… for the future… Fridays are our busiest days. And we NEVER take orders of more than 15 items.» Me: «Uh… OK. If that is the case, it would have been nice to have brought it up yesterday. When I called to make sure there would be no problems today, and specified that I would be calling in a LARGE order.» Female employee: «Well, the note said you said there would be 12 – 14 items…» Me: «No, I was ASKED how many PEOPLE would be on the order, and I said 12 – 14. No one asked me how many ITEMS would be in the order.» Female employee: «Well, people don’t order more than one item for themselves…» At this point, I was shocked into silence. If you know me, you know how rare that is. I asked if this was a problem, and stated we would be happy to take our order elsewhere. My advice to the owner of this place would be: 1. Large orders are GOOD things. 2. Pissing off people who work at large phone centers and LOVE to talk is dumb. Just dumb. 3. You’re in America, not Paris. We typically eat with gusto here, and ESPECIALLY when we order from a pub, the bulk of who’s fare is deep-fried. In fact, if you observe, you may be shocked to find that people do, indeed, often order more than one item for themselves. So, goodbye, Copper Creek. I will miss your beer-battered shrimp, your cheese curds, your Killian’s on tap and your bartenders who actually know how to pour a pint of the Black Stuff.

First time visitor there today with hubby and nephew. It’s near the corner of 5600 W and 3500 S, tucked away behind a Taco Bell so it can be difficult to find. Not much of an exterior appearance and doesn’t look like much, but once inside it’s your standard sports pub with a pool table, long bar, lots of other tables and a bunch of TV’s airing different sporting events. Both hubby and nephew had the ½ Monte Cristo, which I thought was a whole sandwich when they first brought it out. Good sized portion there. I had the steak medallions appetizer since I wasn’t in the mood for deep fried anything. The medallions were covered in cilantro and a spicy sauce and cooked medium rare. I normally don’t like my steak this rare, but it was incredible. It was seasoned on the outside with some kind of deliciousness that I should have asked about. It was so good. Top that off with a couple of draft beers and it was the perfect lunch. The menu boasts sandwiches, salads, burgers and some yummy looking entrees. I’ll for sure be back to try something else.

While the food is pretty standard pub fare, some items are better than others. No matter how good salmon fish n chips is, one should always have a white fish version because I have yet to experience a decent version using non white fish. I had such high hopes for this place, I really liked the vibe. Sadly this is one of those places where your experience really depends on who is working. So far the only person who knows what’s going on is the male bar tender. There’s a female bartender who I’ve seen twice who doesn’t seem to want to be there. Then there’s another woman who I had today who was clueless. First, she didn’t know what a whiskey sour was and whatever she made had less than a finger’s worth in the glass. Next she forgot my buffalo chip upgrade and ended charging me twice as much as it should have been. Normally I would take up these issues with a manager but there was no such person. At this point, I’d come only for the Monte Cristo, burger and stick with beer, cause you really can’t screw up beer.
