We went their yesterday and I had the turkey on white and there was maybe 2 tablespoons of shredded turkey, sure not like it used to be, its alot of money for what you get

Service is extremely slow. I waited 7 minutes at the register and the staff still did not help. They acknowledged me, but they took forever to take my order. There were about 5 people waiting at empty tables. I’m assuming they are also waiting for their breakfast. I just left. Drive through seemed to go faster than the front register. Pastries and goodies look good, but it’s definitely not worth the wait.

Normally the salads here are great however I’m sad today I got the most disappointing $ 8.00 salad. I picked up a turkey feta salad to bring back to work. There was hardly any turkey and I’m not kidding like less than a tablespoon of feta. How disappointing! Usually these salads are loaded and I don’t mind paying as much as I do for them. Hopefully someone was just having an off day and this isn’t the new standard. I showed all my office mates who also go to kneaders a lot. It’s not just me, evenone could see it was nothing like a typical kneaders salad. People in this office go to kneaders a lot, I guess it won’t take too long to see if skimpy is the new salad size and it’s time to switch to zupas. I’ll give kneaders another shot next week and hopefully get a better salad.

Oh heavens above, please help because I can’t stop eating here! I am lactose intolerant but I’m willing to do anything for a smoothie. Their No Dairy Berry smoothie is the best and my boyfriend thanks them, our relationship is saved! ;) It’s quality food but with a drive thru which means I don’t have to put on pants or cook to eat like a king. I’ve never had bad wait time because I expect good food takes time.

Yummy, clean but un replenished condiments and utensils area. I think they were just understaffed today. When you walk in, the aroma of coffee welcomes you. The pastries are heavenly and you are greeted by staff warmly. It’s a great morning! Order your food, get your coffee then sit and wait. When order is up, they will bring it to your table so don’t forget to get what you need before you sit so you don’t have to get back up when your food is ready! This place is a decent serve yourself type of place with a homey feel. :)

Underwhelming. That’s the only way to describe this place. I’ve eaten there 3x for breakfast and food preparation is poor. They must not know how to cook eggs properly because each time the«scrabbled omelette» was overcooked and the egg portion was dark brown. These guys manage to mess up scrambled eggs ! Go to Jim’s or Black Bear Diner, MUCH better food at same cost.

I work nearby and enjoy Kneaders generally, but this WVC location is terrible. I’ve had to take my salad back 3 times because they forgot most the ingredients. The last time, they refunded my money, but didn’t fix my salad. Three strikes you’re out.

I love their desserts and sandwiches. Once we came in on a busy day with a large crowd and we had to wait for our orders. The staff was nice and gave us complimentary bread and dessert while we waited. Then one of our orders was slightly wrong, only one, and they gave us some pumpkin bread. We ended up ordering more pumpkin bread, it was so good

You never have soup ready for lunch. I’ve been here several time and soup is not ready. Pumpkin bread is here??? I asked for a slice and the cashier tried to hand me a handful of chinks. So very fail

Kneaders reminds me of a poor imitation of panera bread. Although I love that they are bringing in franchises into the valley, this one I could live without revisiting. The interior of the joint is mostly wood furnished seating. The most random object of the place is a artificially snow covered Christmas tree. Did they miss halloween and thanksgiving or only being neglected. The staff here is helpful, mostly high school kids and a few adults. It’s located in a newly developed area. Surprisingly they have several other locations across the valley. Would I come here again, maybe. It just doesn’t grab me. The cake we pre-ordered was okay, it looked nice minus a point for not having the right colored frosting, sorry not into the pink stuff. I liked how they had layered with abundance of strawberries glazed over with rich syrup. But other than that, it was nothing grand to brag about, okay for what it is.

Always a favorite of mine. I love the turkey bacon avocado sandwich a vacation the salad. The bread is made fresh and is amazing! If you go there for breakfast they have freshly squeezed orange juice that is amazing, I definitely recommend it.

The Eclairs are the bomb and if you go on Saturdays they’re only $ 1.17 a piece. The coffee is good and the sandwiches also look good. Go on your birthday and get a free dessert, as I chose the Key Lime Tart lol

It was great. I had the Italian omelette and my wife had the Greek for her ‘birthday breakfast’. Delicious. We went about 8 am and only a few people came inside to sit down but hey had a steady stream of cars in the drive through. The pastries are yummy and then always have some great samples. Had zucchini bread and poppy see something, plus hazelnut bread(awesome). We love the atmosphere and the people are just wonderful that take care of you. You should go and check it out.

Good food but it took about 15 – 20 min to get our pastries to go! They had ONE cashier(new) during lunch with the line out the door. Kinda hesitant to return.

Very friendly service with a smile. I’ve never been here before, so it took me a long time to order, I finally picked the Blt. There is a wide variety of breads to choose from, I couldn’t decide on one so I asked for a recommendation, sourdough it was… The result was awesome, bacon was cooked just right, bread was fresh and soft and the sauce the put on it brought it together. The fruit tart was soooooo good, glad I came here, the seating area has a great view and they sell little trinkets and gifts.

Great location and ambience to this kneaders. We don’t have these in California, but boy are they good, very clean and staff are very helpful. Sandwiches are the best way to go I would say but all in all you can’t go wrong with any of the pastries!

After seeing a couple million of these places on my sales travels, I finally chanced to stop into one today. This rating is reflective just of lunch, though they could easily call it Carb Heaven as the desserts looked fantastic. I didn’t try any of them, as I didn’t have a taste for sweets today, but if I was interested in a cupcake or cheese cake or any of the other delectable looking things, I would definitely give this place a shot. Not so much for lunch. Nothing good on the soda fountain and so, with only a sandwich and cookie, I went over $ 10. The cookie was very sweet, cloyingly so and had an almost fake taste to it. I got one bit into that and discarded it. The chips that came with it had some Parmesan sprinkles on it. Not a bad touch, interesting, but Kettle chips are still pretty much Kettle chips. None of those things is going to influence the review rating too much(though it would on any return visits), but the execution of the Reuben panini I got will. This was one of the most sloppily executed paninis in recent memory and with something that has sauerkraut, this generally means a good chance of dripping on your shirt. Paninis that go through a press should have a nice crispy exterior. This one was completely soft. I get the impression that it didn’t spend much time in a panini press. It was also regular bread, not panini rye and aside from the chewy crusts and melted Swiss, there was nothing to indicate much of an attempt at an actual panini press at all. So, we basically have either an incredibly poorly executed panini or a regular sandwich with melted Swiss, either way, nowhere near worth the $ 8 for this. That is another thing about this place. It is very expensive, considering. Frankly I went there because I’d seen their signage so many times(it pays to advertise, kids), but what I was served was definitely not worth repeating. I’d put the sandwich, sloppy as it was, as slightly above Paradise and everything else below, which isn’t saying much…
