Pizza Hut

People here asshole i’m tied up and pick up my order with my voucher they thing I’m cheating, try to say I’m already used bullshit.

What the hell Pizza Hut? Are your drivers on crack?
I place a small order of cheese sticks and wings and it took an hour and a half to get here and they were cold. The sauce on the wings did not stick and it was very watery. There was no flavor on the wings so I ended up putting my own BBQ sauce and Asian spices to liven up the dish.
The cheese sticks were missing the marinara dip. Again, I had to use my own.
The driver knocks on my door and hands me a pizza box with NOTHING in it. First off, I did not order any pizza — just wings and bread so why did he hand me an empty pizza box? I let the delivery guy know I did not order pizza and he just smiled and said– oh I know but don’t worry there isn’t pizza in there. What the hell is going on?
I call the store and ask what was with the driver giving me an empty box and the guy says-​” whoops! The box just helps him carry up the wings and bread… Like a stand, but he wasn’t suppose to leave the box with you-​.- it’s not that hard to carry a small box of wings and bread. What a waste of a box. I’m not exactly sure what’s going on with Pizza Hut but I will never order here again.
Lastly– I sign the receipt and leave a tip only to notice that I was signing a receipt that wasn’t mine! My total was 23.53 but I was signing a receipt that read 39.84… Again, I ask the delivery guy where my receipt is and he had no idea and just walked away while I have the wrong receipt in my hand! At this point I’m laughing bc I’m uncomfortable and have no idea what just happened.
Pizza Hut– I have nothing else to say. I will never give you my business again.
P. s. You should have drug screenings for all your employees bc your delivery guy is beyond weird. He stared at me without blinking once. I felt like he was looking into my soul.

Just ordered pizza, it was twenty minutes late on delivery time and pizza was one degree from being cold, called them and told them all they said was a credit next time I order, like there will be a next time, life is to short to order pizza from them again

The pizza itself was pretty good, The service however was lacking. They got my address wrong by not listening or understanding what I was saying. They were late with delivery and lied about it.

Wow terrible service. We set a pizza to be delivered at 5:30 but by 6 it still wasn’t here. We called and canceled the order at 6:05. We will not be ordering from them again.

You just lost an order due to your 1 ½ stars. Might want to change things around. I’m going to 4 ½ star papa johns.

Absolutely terrible delivery service to hotel less than 6 miles away. Pizza over an hour later than told delivery time, delivered over an hour and a half past when I ordered. We were told when called that the delivery takes 30 minutes to drive. So it takes an hour to cook a pizza? I definitely will not use this Pizza Hut when in town. No credit given for the delay. I now remember why I rarely eat there, since customers come last.

I haven’t even got my food yet but I just called and placed an order for delivery with «Paige». First of all she was extremely rude and disassociated with my order. Second, I felt as if she was annoyed with taking my order. Sorry you answer phones at pizza hut but your customer service skills are extremely bad. Seriously, quit your day job.

Horrible customer service. Pizza hut is great pizza, but the last five times I’ve ordered my pizza is at least 10 – 15 minutes later than what they tell me. Then when you get there expect to wait at least five minutes before being acknowledged and on my last visit the guy was very unprofessional saying «fuck» about five times in the front of the store. Also called a customer an asshole after getting off the phone with one. I complained and apparently they don’t care. I advise people go to different locations

I’m a fan of Pizza Hut but this location is always late when you pick up. You kind of figure that your pick up time is accurate but actually plan on 30 to 40 minutes after that. There’s too many pizza chains to deal with this location.

Seldom do I ever review a franchise spot for their food, I try to only review local spots that are a rarity of million of restaurants in the area. Unfortunately my experience was unpleasant and frustrating that it has brought me here. It all started on one Friday evening when nothing in the house was to my content food wise.
I placed an order over the phone for pick up, didn’t think much of it. The woman on the other side of the phone was quite polite. She told me that our order would be ready in 15 minutes. One can say that when a giant franchise like this says 15 minutes they really mean 20 to 25 minutes.
So we got there 20 minutes planning on a little wait. The waiting area inside was warmer and a strong aroma filled the air. I gazed over the floor, the carpet was covered with bits of stale cheese and receipts. Did the previous customers just vanish upon arrival? Slowly I looked at the clock that hung over the door. 30 minutes had now passed. I watched as other customers walked in and placed orders. One by one they would get their order within 15 minutes. What the heck? What type of special pizza did we order that prolonged the wait.
Finally 40 minutes had passed. One of the cooks walks up to the counter and handed me the boxes. I looked over behind the cook and could see that the rest of the staff was gone. What the. As I carried my order back to the car, I could see 4 to 5 pizza hut employees in the back by the trash bins. Well that solves the mystery of where the rest of the staff whereabouts and the slow service.
Unfortunately I was quite dissatisfied that my food left a bitter taste. Nothing against the big franchise but the service was too horrid that it forced me to write this awful review. Still enjoy Pizza Hut but this spot makes it look like a $ 5 pizza shop.
