Tai Kong

Tai Kong is probably one of the town’s best kept secret unless you have worked in or with the Chinese restaurants in town from the past. They are actually a wholesale distributor to restaurants, but they would also sell some of their stuff at retail price. The décor is just like a warehouse here.
My mom likes to buy cases of rice noodles because she goes through them quite fast and they tend to last a long time. If there is a particular product of Asian food item you regularly consume, then this might be the place to purchase them from.
There is a good chance that you might have to speak Mandarin to buy something or get a good price from here though. I guess they are the shady version of a Chinese Costco, and they are located in a back alley type area as well…
