Very well organized & clean. The prices are usually only about 25% off the catalog prices but occasionally there are terrific bargains if you look hard. Today The best deals I found were a pair of leather flats for $ 14.99 and a backpack for $ 9.99. There is a wide selection of men’s and women’s clothes, along with housewares, luggage and camping gear. Definitely worth the trip!

Good selection for an outlet. Remember folks at an outlet the will not have every color in every size. Its a great mis mash of items. There are frequent sales on top of the already reduced prices which bring the values down even more. The best thing to remember is most LL Bean branded items still carry the lifetime warranty even though they are from the outlet so you can’t go wrong. Its a steal for kids backpacks and clothing here with those guarantees!

I was there today for the first time and the selection and prices are great. The best thing in the store is the customer service. People actually ask you what you are looking for then help you find it! Also, the people at the register took plenty of time with me while I changed my mind about what I wanted and they helped me order in the catalog as well as making in store purchases. A great not rushed shopping trip.

Every time I try to shop here I die a little inside. The store really appears more geared towards women and the selection and the prices on non-womens clothing has decreased in variety and increased in price. Unless you need hunting boots try somewhere else men.

I love coming here. I think they have wonderful quality products here and it’s got quite a nice layout. I prefer coming here during the week to avoid the weekend crowds.

This is a good substitute for Freeport since it does not require a 4.5 hour ride. They have a good variety of items, from camping to casual to cycling. Beware that some thing are regular price while others, such as monogrammed robes, are steeply discounted. I did wonder why«KLM» hated his beautiful terry cloth robe. I imagine even his smoking jacket is monogrammed and he enjoys a pipe and a tawny port after a good meal. Anyways, I got a Castelli cycling jersey, normally &100.00 for $ 4.99! It had some loose threads, but nothing that my nimble little darning fingers can’t fix.

Okay, lets be honest, if you go to a true Outlet store do you expect the same thing as in there main stores? No, so now we have the proper expectations, this place is awesome. If they do not have what you need today, come back. If they do have what you need, it is the proper LL Bean stuff and greatly reduced prices. So if you need something very specific and don’t want to make the trip, go to the regular store, but I personally not sure I need anything that specifically.

Great deals and great staff every time have visit. Stock changes frequently the few times I have been here, I have been very successful. Compared to the other LL Bean stores in Massachusetts, they have the best staff.

Not as big as the Mansfield, MA store.

There’s a little bit of this and a little bit of that. A big clothing selection for both men and women but not much else in terms of anything else. The discounts aren’t that great either. We came, browsed and then drove forty minutes to their Mansfield location instead.

The three previous reviews were back in 2009, so perhaps this outlet had just recently opened and it was still working out the kinks? I was in yesterday, it’s right off the exit from Route 195 with loads of parking. I found everything to be completely organized by size, department, had price tags, etc and the deals were great. Of course, it is the outlet, so you aren’t going to find EXACTLY what your heart desires, but $ 10LL Bean fleece? Rugs? $ 219 coffee tables that are normally $ 100 more(plus all the shipping) online? I’ll definitely be back.

I am more charitable than my fellow Unilocalers as I think this store is ok. Yes, its small and has limited product, but its an outlet which sells mostly oddball stuff that didn’t sell through reg channels, returns and irregular products. I found it to be well organized, have never seen a missing price tag and have found some great deals on shirts, shoes/boots, fishing gear and homewares. Its true that all the help is at the register but I don’t like hovering salesweasels anyway so it suits me fine. If you have a question, they are happy to come and help you. The staff is friendly and effecient, even when there are long lines of late Cmas shoppers like me, they move the line quick and never give any guff on a return. Like Ocean State Job Lot, this is adventure shopping as the stock changes almost daily, you never know what you’ll find.

Pretty lame version of an LL Bean Outlet. Very small and a limited selection. I’d give it one star except it is Beans and every once and a while you’ll stumble upon something worth grabbing. Should be better than it is.

FAIL. The LL Bean outlet is horrendous – scattered merchandise, no price tags, lack of selection. I know it’s an outlet but seriously. Go online or go the actual LL Bean(non outlet) stores Burlington or Mansfield locations if you are looking for something cause you ain’t gonna find it here. And if you don’t heed my warning, good luck finding a salesperson to help you. They’re all at the register.
