Very thankful for the amazing staff for taking care of my dog Star who needed foot surgery because of a large cyst they were so good with working with my crazy schedule and making sure she was seen for her bandage changes. I would recommend any of my animal lovers to go there. I would also like to let everyone know this is a very busy vet place compared to other place so they do there best to work with everyone!!!

Called the vet today to tell them my dog is really sick. She doesn’t have any energy and was having trouble standing this morning. The receptionist told me that it doesn’t sound like an emergency so they couldn’t see her today. My dog was having trouble standing up. How is this not an emergency? She made an appointment for me in two days and when I asked her what happens if she gets worse between now and Monday they rattled off some emergency vets sort of in the area and told me I will have to take my dog there. I know they are really busy as they work with a lot of dog shelters and one of the few vets in the area that work with lower income pet owners but at least show some concern. She didn’t even make any suggestions as to what I should watch for or what I can possibly do to help my dog in between now and Monday. If I could give negative I would. I have been so fed up with this place but I am fairly new to the area so I don’t know where else I can go. Currently looking for a new vet to take my dog to this morning.
P. S. my dog had gone here in August to be spayed and she still has stitches in her and it’s now November. They didn’t but they seem to be bothering her so I wasn’t too concerned but if the procedure was done correctly in the first place this would not be an issue.

Not only has this wonderful place helped my animals, they have gone above and beyond for every single one of them. If it wasn’t for CAWS and the amazing team I wouldn’t have 2 of my dogs right now. I can never thank them enough. You all deserve praise for what you have done and what you continue to do. You make sure the patient (animal) comes first.

6 months ago my cat had four kittens three of them were still born. When she had the 4^th kitten I decided to give her a little bit of help, I took the baby out of its sack cleaned it all up and he lived. I took him to CAW’s office in west Warwick to be fixed and they killed him! He was like family to us! Its not fair to my family we lost a pet because of the carelessness of this office!

I changed vets due to my old one being insensitive to financial issues and being very condescending. A friend told me about CAWS and yesterday was my second visit. I couldn’t be happier. The prices and customer service are superb. The veterinarian was thorough and extremely kind.

Just got my dog spayed. The place was amazing. Helped us get her home, helped with paperwork, I love this place and I can’t even explain how much I love them.

I have gotten amazing care here for my dog! The people are friendly and caring and the prices allow people of all different incomes to be able to care for their pets! !
