Flowers By Kiku

I used a major internet flower company that used Kiku’s flowers for a local delivery.
I like to research local companies before using them, had I known it was a local company with such poor reviews I would have never used them.
What a complete disappointment. I ordered a specific flower bouquet online for my wife for our anniversary and it was the same colors as our wedding flowers.
Well, that certainly is not what she received, she received some much smaller different colored, different flowers, different greens, vase, completely different.
I have never experienced such a low quality bouquet of flowers and not even to look anything like what I ordered.
So very disappointing. I wil never use this company, no compensation and only a third party «apology» are you serious?
these flowers looked to be gathered from a roadside and thrown in a hideous unmatched vase, not even «arranged» or color coordinating… I am disgusted and disappointed. Never again, I do NOT recommend using this company at all.

My boyfriend went here a week before valentines day & ordered flowers to be delivered to my work on ²⁄₁₄. They never showed. He called them & they said they would deliver them to the house. They never showed. They came to my work on ²⁄₁₅ & when a manager told them I do not work weekends the delivery man told MY BOSS he could «deal with this» wtf? At least my BF got a full refund. And no, they never apologized or gave any compensation.

Very responsive when I was in a time crunch. Came through with a beautiful arrangement, delivered on time and exceeded expectations. Easy to communicate with.

After doing some research on Unilocal to find a great florist in my area, I was lucky enough to find it FIRST TRY! I needed flowers for my step-​daughters graduation. I explained to the floral designer that I wanted something completely out of the ordinary, as she is also the same. I told her I wanted NONE of the «traditional bouquet flowers» (roses, Lily’s Baby’s breath, etc). I know NOTHING about flowers and had no clue what I wanted besides «different». Kiku delivered! The bouquet I got not only wow’ed my stepdaughter, but just about everyone in Providence! I have never been stopped by so many women in my LIFE, never mind in one day, as when I was walking around with this stunning bouquet! I might even go down and pick up another one just to spend my weekends walking through the city. On top of their amazing work, I gave them a price limit and they even came in 20% less than my max, something that went a long way with me as well. Job well done!

I have been dealing with Kiku’s for years, I lived out of state and I have always used them to send my Mother and Aunts flowers. They consistently over the years have done an outstanding job; I have never had a disappointing experience with them. Now that I am living back in the area I continue to use their service and I am happy to have a flower shop that I know I can depend on to provide great product, great delivery, and super customer service.

i had asked for a 50 dollar arrangement — i asked if the delivery was included and they said it was. i was aware of taxes that apply (which at most would have brought the cost to 53.50). I was going to buy off those ‘florist’ networks, but decided not to because they take a cut from what you pay. i wanted to support the local florist. if they needed to scale back the size of the arrangement to pay for gas and travel (a whopping 3 miles) they should have done that.
regardless, when you give someone PERMISSION to charge your card up to 50 $, and they charge more, that’s shady

Kiku’s Flowers are extremely accomodating. I needed an emergency flower delivery. Called just before 3pm and asked if I could get delivered by 4pm to a local business. They took order without hesitation even with the aggressive timeline requested. They helped make someone’s bad day much brighter. Thank You!

I Love Kiku’s Flowers. They have everything from exotics to traditional arrangements, so every need is met. Anything I need for anything is taken care of by Kiku’s.
I lived in Rhode Island, I travel to Rhode Island, and I have plenty of flowers to send to family and friends in Rhode Island and Kiku’s helps me over the phone and when I walk in with whatever I need.
I’ve even had Kiku’s do up gardenia corsages for me that were to die for. Beautiful! My Nana loved it and so did I.
I’m in love with exotic flowers and any time I have walked in they have plenty of pre-​arranged flowers ready-​to-​go that fit my taste. I’ve also walked in and gotten roses and simple flowers too.
Everyone at Kiku’s is extremely friendly and helpful and their stuffed animal selection makes me want to buy a teddy bear every time I go in there. I just cannot have that much of a collection.
They are the best kept secret of the Warwick/​Cranston area, even though they are very easy to find! And, parking is no problem at all in their lot. I’m in and out in a flash.
