Perform Better

Purchased an FMS testing kit from this company it was sent with scratches/​marks as though it had been well used. Since I needed to use it that day (secondary to slow shipping) I decided to just forget about returning it. Used it for 2 weeks without incident and was left in my car on a warmer day. Keep in mind, this testing kit is meant to be regularly transported between locations and used outdoors in an athletic environment. I returned to find that it was completely unusable as it had been bent completely out of shape. I contacted their customer service and they will not be replacing it as it was «my fault» for leaving it in a warm place. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from them again as they do not stand by the products they choose to sell.
