I bought a new computer out of the box few months ago, it works great but the problem is making payments on there website, I’m warning everyone please don’t make payments on there website because they will rip you off that way charging you a late fee even if you pay it on your due date it doesn’t make sense and I’m a bit upset over it but other than that they have been helpful when I bought a used computer that kept breaking on me and they were nice enough to bring a new computer over to my place and set it up for me.
If you want to make payments then I would suggest going to there store to make payments and the manager was nice enough to wave the fee for me it wasn’t my fault this hasn’t been the only time I’ve complained about this and they need to fix there website it’s very confusing
