If I could give zero stars I so would!
I was a patient for a very very long time! From ¹¹⁄₁₂ to 20 or 21 years old! In the beginning when I was ¹¹⁄₁₂ I got phenomenal & above & beyond great health care, services, & treatment! Took wonderful & awesome care of me & did good by me all the time when I was much younger! Almost treated me like I was their own kid when I was much younger with being so attentive, caring, worried,& such! All was going great, beautiful,& perfect till I hit ¹⁸⁄₁₉ years old 100%!!!
Then everything took a ultra massive deep down right nose dive & turn for the extreme wicked worse & for the bad 100%!! I officially wiped my hand’s of this place at 21 years old (am 24 now) & have not looked back & went back! I am doing alot better emotionally & mentally because of it!
Good riddance forever to trash, crap, dysfunction, no hearts, no care incompetency, ineptness, rudeness, disrespect, ignorance, stupidity, Jr. High & High School mentality,& hell ect. ect.!!
Over this past 6 – 8 years now! They are so all about trying to fit as many sardines into a sardine can as possible! They keep accepting new people like in 100s a day/​week when they so should have stopped years ago! It’s a total complete absolute down right hot mess disaster & train wreck because of it 100%!!
They so like damn hell cater more to & care more about unwed mothers, to be unwed mothers, people on welfare,& illegals then they do about long very very long term patients/​clients & U.S.A born & raised citizens like myself!
It’s rather down right extremely wicked sad, depressing, heart breaking, upsetting, unsettling, unfair, wrong, screwed up,& a joke huge time 100%!! & because of it people like me who were very very long term patients/​clients started to receive extremely wicked down right piss poor & bad services, treatment,& care!
I very very strongly do think, feel,& believe this honestly & truthfully that they so are in bed with big pharma & the government because they are so all about trying to shove pills & stuff down peoples throats! Don’t get & understand no! They are very very hell bent about doing it! So watch out & don’t fall for their tricks & schemes!
+ The providers with out much effort & no hard critical thoughts & thinking perscribe meds to people! Make sure during appts that you make them think long & hard for at least 5 mins before they print you out a script or fax the script to your pharmacy! So be extremely wicked careful & mindful about that! For your health & life!
I have been trying since spring time 2015 to have them get back to me! I have left dozens repeat dozens of voice mail messages about & to file a formal complaint against them & no one repeat no one has returned my calls as of yet & it’s January 2016!
So much for patient centered care & happiness + satisfaction!
Don’t go here if you absolutely totally completely can avoid it & prevent it 100%!! You have been extreme fair warned & extreme beware this place!
This place is the exact reason why you hear about stuff on the news with shootings & such + why the drug abuse & addiction rate continues to rise & is so rampant & why there is alcoholics & also why the suicide & self harm rate continues to climb & is so rampant!

I appreciate that they always get you seen as quickly as possible, and some
of the doctors there seem okay, but I’ve had so many bad experiences overall that it just isn’t worth it. I plan on finding a new doctor ASAP. Inexpensive care should NOT equal subpar quality. Some of the other reviews state that they found them to be «unprofessional» and I would agree with that statement.

Thundermist Health Center purchased a 2-​story historic mill building to relocate and expand their West Warwick Health Clinic into a space that will better serve the community. The new facility includes 28 exam rooms, a 75 person multi-​purpose conference room, and clinical, staff, and administrative space all on one level.

I came here for a special event they were doing to promote the business. The building is very new and there is a ton of parking right in front. They rooms where the actual acupuncture is done has about six comfortable reclining chairs in it, lights are nice and low. The people who work there were very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They quietly wandered through the room every 15 minutes or so to make sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. They also seemed to have a sixth sense about knowing when people were done because as soon as the client would rouse, someone would be there to check in and take the needles out. Felt totally at ease the whole time.
They have a sliding scale of $ 15-​$ 35 per session, $ 5-​$ 25 if you are a patient at Thundermist (the complex where this location is housed).
Will definitely be back for treatment!
