I had an alarm system installed by Cape Cod Alarm this past spring. I am quite knowledgeable about alarms due to my job and was looking for a local alarm company for my home. Bill came out to do a survey and was very thorough and no nonsense. He made commonsense recommendations and did not try to upsell instead let me know about additional options. I purchased the system outright (no «free» or $ 99 alarms here) at a fair price and entered into a one year monitoring contract by their in-​house central station at a decent rate.
I have never had a malfunction or false alarm other than those caused by me to test the alarm system.
I highly recommend this company and will be renewing my monitoring contract this spring.
