Wicked overpriced for the quality of the beds/​service and they’re almost never open, also you can’t have monthly memberships? What kind of tanning salon won’t give you a monthly membership?

I wasn’t impressed with Bare Studios. I tanned in the level two and every time I went there was dust, hair and hand prints on the booth every time I went.
It is dark in there with this red lighting and ABSOLUTELY SILENCE. No music at all, even though they have «high end» tanning beds that would support music. It was so silent that I was squeezing my lotion and it made that sound… and the guy tanning in the next room over starting laughing a little.
Previously, I read on Unilocal that Bare has problems with the power cutting while tanning. Well, it happened to me. I was about 5 minutes into my 12 minute tanning session and all energy was cut. The employee didn’t say one thing to me, didn’t refund me, didn’t even apologize. She was running around in the phone with her boss, yelling.
I bought this package on Groupon for 30 dollars and hardly caught a tan there.
It looks cute, that’s about it.

The tanning here is expensive but good. Unfortunately, the management/​owners and staff are lazy and rude and refuse to take responsibility. Horrible customer service and the rooms need to be dusted, swept and vacuumed on a much more regular basis. Also, like a previous reviewer mentioned, they tend to close and change their hours last minute without ample warning. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love this place! I get the best results here, which is why I drive 45 minutes from my house just to come here. ;) Everyone who works here has always gone above and beyond to make my experience great & worth the drive! They also have the highest level of tanning beds/​booths around so you get the most bronze out of your buck!

Got a good tan off my one month unlimited package, but was NOT happy with the customer service. Had to go down to a level 5 bed, because they didn’t spend the money to upgrade their breakers to support the level 6. What’s the point of having it if you can’t use it without popping the circuit. Also, I went two nights in a row my last week, one night was closed due to an emergency (that’s fine) second night and possibly the next day was closed to all upper level beds… for whatever reason. I asked, since Friday was my last day of the unlimited if they could extend it two more days for me… they said no. Gee thanks, I’ll be sure to get another package… somewhere else!!! Despite their chic look… the customer service alone is enough to drive you to a new tanning salon. Not recommended!
