Decent store, helpful staff.

Definitely the best gamestop in my area. Employees are nice, the game selection is awesome, I find nearly every game whenever I go. I highly recommend it to gamers and people who want a really awesome game for a good cheap price

Rip off– I know they give you pennies for games worth a lot more so I don’t even think of selling games here. But my problem is with their false policies. On the back of the receipt it says «opened new merchandise= identical exchange within 30 days of purchase» which I’m ok with. So I bought a new game and decided I didn’t like it so the very next day (key point) I go in to exchange it for another game. I had the receipt and it was opened but the manager gave me attitude as soon as I asked if I could exchange it and said they couldn’t take it back. I explained I just wanted to exchange it for another game and that there is nothing wrong with the game. Played it for twenty minutes. She said that since it was opened she can’t sell it for the same value which doesn’t affect me in any way just the business. So I mentioned I just wanted to exchange it and they wouldn’t do it for the price I paid for it, less than 24 hrs after I bought it. So they gave me 8 $ for it which is a complete rip off any ways. Only went there for used games but after a policy like that isn’t followed I’ll probably look online. Better customer service there.

My son had a problem with a game we purchased here. The staff was super helpful. Will be back.

I was in the area and had a bag of games in my car that I needed to trade in. The staff was very nice and although I could have gotten more money for each game by selling them on craigslist I didn’t want to go through the hassle of having to meet every buyer/​multiple emails etc. The clerk was very polite and helpful and promptly put the money on a gift card (do this if you can, you get 10% extra if you put it on a card as opposed to getting cash). I dilly-​dallied between buying a few games then and there but the staff was lackluster about recommendations and I couldn’t figure some of the games out for the life of me. I left with a fair bit of money on that gift card and a great little «I miss you gift» for my brother. Parking was easy as this Gamestop is located in a strip mall. I won’t be back unless I’m in the area again as this particular gamestop is quite far from Boston.
