Staples the Office Superstore

This review is specifically for the UPS drop-​off inside of the Staples. Returning an item to
was a breeze. Matea scanned the return label on the package in a flash. Then, she gave me a receipt with a smile.
The store was clean, bright and well-​organized.
It was easy and free to park on the shopping center private lot.

Best printing service I’ve ever received from any Staples store, and I’ve been to quite a few! Scott was very thorough in printing and trimming my invitations. He even ran three test prints while I was there to make sure I liked the color. He printed my job so fast too, I only had to wait one hour, compared to other stores where it was no question I would have to pick them up the next day.
I am so glad I have found a reliable printer in the area! Even though it’s a longer drive, I will only go to this staples from now on because of Scott.

Staples = pricey. Nothing special to write home about. Employees are ok, nice nothing spectacular, and the store is set as expected. It will help in a pinch. But get their frequent purchasing card — every little bit helps. Otherwise shop online for good deals if you need supplies.

Had everything I wanted, and the wifi actually worked.
I buy a lot of computers and projectors. Prices are generally higher here.

I have shopped here a few times and am also not happy with the service here, though for me it’s the lack of customer service, which really seems to be a chain wide problem. Since this is not a regular stop for me, I need to search around a bit to find what I’m looking for. It would be nice to see someone working other then cashiers to ask for some direction.

Although they are great for supplies, the services there are poor. I went to them to get an art project printed for my mater’s thesis. very important stuff here. they printed it ASAP which was great and but when i picked it up, some of my images were all streaky. when I pointed this out to the girl working there, she said that it was their printer and that it was not that great and they had seen that problem before. Um. hello? Your store prints «high quality» color prints as part of its services and your printer is crap? Nice. She tried to fix it, but couldn’t really. I ended up paying for the ones that came out OK and had to go to another printing company to print out the ones Staples couldn’t print properly.
