The staff is very friendly. Every time I come in I am greeted with a friendly smile. I usually go in and order the same thing and come across the same problems. I order and iced chai and a warm turkey pesto sandwich. Each time I get the sandwich it is slightly burned, and my iced chai just tastes like milk. Another problem with this Starbucks is the seating issue. Maybe if the rearranged the chairs or something this place would be better, but it’s not. There are about three tables, and the coffee bar can barley fit a notebook. There are two chairs over by the coffee bar, but if two people were to sit down at the coffee bar they wouldn’t be able to fit. I could barley squeeze myself into that small place and I’m 5’6, 123 pounds; I am not a big girl! Be warned about the seating. I would definitely come back, but I would probably get the same results I do every time I go.

3.5. Staff is extremely friendly, but my macchiato don’t taste right. The outdoor seating is very nice, but there’s barely any room on the inside. The wait is pretty long and the pastry options aren’t the greatest, but the location is convenient. I still prefer this Starbucks over the one on Route 9.

I’m glad I waited to write this review. My first experience was great… My second and third… Not so much. This location is right by my work and is really convenient for me in the morning, that’s literally the only GOOD thing about this place. I had slow service every time. I feel like they cater a little too much to the regulars that come in and spend their whole morning there. Sorry, I have to get to work. My second experience there was one of the girls who worked there in front of me ordering something. I waited as they chatted about new work policies and as she decided«hmmm what should I get?!» It’s okay, take your time… It’s not like there is a line of customers behind you. After I paid I waited for my coffee. As I waited both girls proceeded to bash another customer right in front of me! HELLO I’m standing right here… The cherry on top was the third time I went here. I got my coffee and went to work as usual. As I was finishing my coffee and took the last big gulp to finish it off I felt something as I tried to swallow. I didn’t know what it was at first but I couldn’t swallow it. After choking and pulling it out of my throat I realized what it was. It was a piece of plastic(the corner that was cut off of a packet of something…) same girl, two bad experiences. Never going back.

Perfect location on Rt. 9. The staff is always friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the table layout at this specific Starbucks location. It’s one of the worst Starbucks layouts(table wise) I have seen, granted it is a smaller location. They have a huge table intended for larger groups– which I’ve only ever seen used by 1 – 3 people. Ideally there should be more small tables, which would be possible if they re-organized the line set up to the center rather than against the wall. Other than that, great Starbucks location and the WiFi always works.

I go to many different Starbucks and this one always seems to work slowest. There could be 1 or 2 people in there and it still takes what feels like forever to get my drink. I would rather travel to route 20 a town or two over where at least I get my order in a timely fashion.

Great location! The staff are always super friendly and fast with your order. They often are already making mine before I order because they have learned what I order. Very clean. My only complaint is that there is very little seating inside, and the way its set up, where you wait for your coffee is right in the way of the door/entry way. So if its crowded you have to keep shuffling around to make room for others who are coming and going. I wish it was just a teeny tiny bit bigger.

I love Starbucks coffee and this store offers exceptional service. The only down side for this store is the lack of comfortable seating; they have several tables inside but only two arm chairs! And the arm chairs are not the usual comfy leather ones. Still great product and exceptional service

I was in the town(Westborough, MA) for work for six weeks. Went here a couple of time to get my fix(iced tea lemonade). The service is fast and the staff members were really friendly but they screwed up my order once or twice. Overall pretty good.

There are two Dunkin Donuts within driving distance form here that will give you much better Coffee without the pretenious snobbery that is Starbucks employees and customers. Cheaper too!

Now that they’re offering free wifi, sure, why not. Just make sure your internet is locked down to fend off the packet sniffers(as always)! Batista’s are super friendly. They’ve also recently added comfy reading chairs and sitting space :-)

Super friendly! And the coffee ain’t bad neither.(poor grammar intended). Yesterday they sang happy birthday to a patron– which is not part of their job description or store policy. The wifi was fast and so was the service.

While, on the whole, I would still never give Starbucks 5 stars as a coffee house on account of the lack of free wifi, this particular Starbucks deserves an exception. The staff here are always helpful and charming, no matter how busy or slow it is or how demanding some of their customers might be. Tonight, a particular team member named Owen went WELL beyond the required service one would expect. Because of Owen(and his reminding me of my experiences with other staff), I am bumping to 5 stars. Owen, if you read this, I hope you find someone to play in the snow with when you’re not working.

Yes, I know starbucks — but, I don’t care b/c i’m in love(LOVE) with their Iced Green Tea Latte. What don’t I love about it? Nothing. It’s cold, it’s the most beautiful shade of jade green, it’s refreshing and it’s yummy. And I love it!
