Taco Bell

This Taco Bell stepped up to the demand. They hired more employees to get things going faster, which helped. The food was made in time and was good quality. The cashier Milan was very hospitable and knowledgable. This Taco Bell has improved. The drive thru have been fast too from what I noticed.

Well the hours on here are wrong. I pulled up to the drive thru at 8:43 and an automated voice said they were close. Then a real voice appeared and I was told that they close in 10 minutes, so I drove away and got Burger King at 8:50pm down the street.

Guilty pleasure admission — I love the Bell. I have a few friends that are grown up enough to admit that they do too. I have others that claim they don’t remember the last time they were there, if ever. That’s on them — they are either denying it or missing out.
I generally get one of the box deals with a temporary menu item as the centerpiece. I always switch the hard shell taco to soft. The Fire sauce is alright but I could use something hotter.
My #1 concern with this location is that they tend to not wipe the tables down often enough, and the staff are often more interested in chatting with each other and screwing around than they are with working. Other than that, I know what I’m getting when I go to Taco Bell and I’m more than comfortable admitting that I do!

This is the absolute SLOWEST drive thru in America. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru then I got the wrong order. NEVER AGAIN! It’s deserves zero stars.

I frequent this Taco Bell for lunch because it’s located close to my workplace and I like the food. That being said, the one star is because the service is so abysmally slow here! I used to try to eat inside but I stopped after it took well over 30 minutes to receive my food after ordering (it wasn’t especially busy either, there were maybe 2 – 3 other customers ahead of me). Even the drive-​through tends to be extremely slow with 15 minute waits after ordering without anyone else ahead of me being the norm. One day the drive-​through was a 45 minute wait after ordering, and they didn’t even apologize for how long it took.

Hoooooow slllooooooow can you goooooooo? I am sitting in the drive-​thru line right now writing this review. Re-​goddam-​diculous! This happens EVERY time.

I wish I could write a negative 5 star review! The sssslllooooowwwweeesssstttt taco bell on the planet. Waited almost 20 minutes for our food. People were sitting at tables with just drinks waiting. The food was filled with lettuce to fill it. Had to ask for a drink lid, there were none in the dining room and no one ever came out to fill it. Staff had no personality at all, manager included.
This store needs a serious overhaul and change of management to get it back in gear. The service is horrible.
I think the other reviews are spot on!

Worst Tacobell Ever!!! The attendant on register (Nicolas) was so rude that he doesnt know what he has… and just because he was closing shortly he did not want to go inside and check what is available and what is not. Guess what you arrogant fellow, i drove 6 hours from PA and was more tired than you were. Anyway go here only if you can take this bullshit

Was worst experience ever… i ordered 3 taco supreme, 1 mexican pizza and 1 fiesta potato with no beef and i was said they are running out of fried beens and they are goin to add black beans in one of the taco supreme… i said i was fine with that. when i came back to home everything was black beans expect 1 taco supreme which was freaking too cold which i couldn’t even eat. i must say these guys don’t even care about their customers and they dont want to work at all… they were supposed to tell me that they are running out of fried beans and i could have gone somewhere elez but they didnt tell me about it. i will never ever go back to this place since this was waste of money and frustration in addition after spending money after something which you are never going to eat.

Stopped at this Taco Bell last night thinking that the newer location would take a little more pride in the food they serve… Couldn’t have been more wrong. I’d like to give it zero stars, except that the staff was responsive and friendly enough for a fast food place.
The food: This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences ever. The pintos and cheese looked like re-​fried beans from a can which had just been heated past all recognition. The sauce and cheese on the top didn’t help the powder crumbly mess, and the minuscule scoop which they used didn’t half fill the container. The XXL Grilled Stuft (their spelling) Burritos were about a third filled, and three-​quarters of what was in there was the same beans as mentioned above. We were told that they only had enough steak to do one of the burritos, even though they’re supposed to be the restaurant to sell you «fourth meal». The scant two pieces of chicken in mine and one piece of steak in my wife’s just made us angry that they couldn’t be bothered to just tell us they were going to be bean only burritos. The Chalupas were just ok, but they were only about half as full as you’d make them if you were doing it yourself. Also, they’ve gotten rid the Baja sauce we liked in favor of some ranch sauce which wasn’t really Tex Mex at all. Lastly, the soft taco was filled about one quarter of the way and most of that was iceberg lettuce. You’d almost think the employees get paid more of they skimp on the customers to save on food costs?
Overall, our visit to this place was not only a waste of money, but also a waste of time. And always remember, «you get you-​know-​what at the drive through.»

Of all my years of eating fast food, this is the worst place i have eaten at. It being fast food, i do not expect much. I just want the food how I order it. 3 tries to get my order right and still couldn’t get it. The manager behind the counter was useless. At the end of it all i asked for a glass of water, i was told that they can’t give me one. I had to buy a drink. What a waste of a lunch break. Last time i go there.

Terrible service. Cashier made eye contact with me waiting at the drive thru and continued to ignore me. Looked up the hours and found that I was there an hour before close. Pretty obvious how bad the service is. Should be fired.

It’s Taco Bell — good, tasty, cheap food. Get a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and be happy

Stopped in at the drive through for a quick lunch before going back to work on a tight schedule and had to leave the line because after I ordered I sat in the same place for 20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. This is a new location so maybe they are working out the kinks but I’m back at work and starving.

when dining fast food all you can ask for is a clean restaurant, courteous staff, and a consistent food experience. the crew here goes above and beyond and provides a chipper and happy attitude to o.
