I am writing this review on the customer service that I received the many times that i have called this place of business– I have not, however had a service there as of yet. I purchased a living social coupon for laser hair removal. I have a crazy scechedule– and have ended up moving 2 hours away since this purchase. However– this company has made many attempts to work with me and I am already very pleased with the attention to customer service.

Dr. Nawab is a warm, kind doctor who cares about her patients. I am having laser hair removal but I know someone who gets facials and other laser treatments there as well. The office is as clean as a whistle which is important to me. Easy location too, just wish they were open more days. Only downside, reception is only there certain days/​times so you may have to wait for a call back for an appointment. But they will call back and book you.

I saw Dr Nawab for laser hair removal. She is a lovely lady and I felt a lot more comfortable in her professional hands than an aesthetician, who may administer lasers in other facilities. She has a wide range of non surgical cosmetic procedures and I would consider going back for treatments in addition to the laser hair removal. The facility is very nicely decorated and is easy to find and park.
