Dunkin’ Donuts

This place is a joke. 4 people behind the counter. No welcome upon entering, no «hello how are you?» when they finally decided to take my order instead of chatting. No «what can I get for you» the portly peach behind the counter just gave me a blank stare and obviously was distraught that I had disrupted her pow-​wow. If I wasn’t running behind schedule I would’ve walked out without a goodbye, since I received no welcome to say the least upon entry. The other three women went out back and were screaming and obviously joking around, making me feel that I was truly in the presence of professionals who were running a top notch business. Since my black coffee was so taxing on the portly peach who took my order, she handed it to me and asked one of the other superstars finish my order. The food was just as mediocre as any other DD location I’ve been to but the barely existent service was so pathetic and I was treated as a disruption rater than a paying customer that I will NEVER return to this location. You couldn’t train employees to be half this bad at customer service! Pathetic!
