I just have to follow-up after T.T.‘s review. I am guessing the blonde could possibly be Angie. I walked in on Friday 7⁄25 for a simple haircut. When meeting my hairdresser Angie, I got a bad vibe from her but chose to ignore it(bad idea). I sat down for the cut and she asks me if I color my hair. I said yes. She makes a face that I can see in the mirror and then looks at my hair and says it looks pink and brown(I dye it red once a month). She looks disgusted. I cannot believe how rude she is but I shake it off because I really want a haircut and I don’t want to cause a scene. Well it continues to go from bad to worse. As she is cutting my hair, she pokes my head with her fingers to move it. She doesn’t gently move it like most hairdressers. She is totally annoyed that she has to bother with my hair which she has decided is beneath her time and energy. She finishes cutting it. I leave it wet and put it up in a clip as I am heading to the gym. I swear the only reason I tipped her $ 3 was because I assumed I got a decent haircut and I didn’t want to burn the bridge to this place. I was so WRONG! Later that night before bed, i took the clip out and realized my hair was completely uneven. The left side was heavy bangs and barely any bangs on the right. I was so livid I couldn’t sleep. The worst experience I have ever had with a hairdresser in 51 years on the planet. I drive from Gray to Westbrook the next morning and a nice woman Jeri fixes my hair. I liked her! I call on Monday and speak with the manager Hokum(something like that). I tell her all the details and explain I want an apology and my $ 3 returned from Angie because she obviously didn’t deserve it. She takes my info and says she will look into it. She does not apologize for the hairdressers behavior which I find odd. 10 days later nothing in the mail. no apology and no refund. I call and speak to her AGAIN. She says she is busy and hasn’t had time to look into this.unbelievable.then she says«so you want $ 3 back? You will have to drive here and get it.» Again absolutely clueless. This is the store manager. An hour later her supervisor calls me to follow-up. It is obvious that the store manager never told her about my complaint. This person apologizes profusely for my awful visit and I feel better. I guess I really just wanted an apology. Recap store manager Hokum(spelling) clueless/uninterested Angie-wench Jerii-hero Good luck if you choose to visit there! Mitzi

This is the only place my son will have his hair cut. I used to cut my son’s hair myself, but the buzz cut is simply not trendy enough for my 8 year old. He wants the girls at Super Cuts to perfect the look. Every time we go in they greet us with a smile and a couple of them remember my son’s name. They do a nice job of listening to him and what he wants, then confirming this with me before starting. My son likes the short look, with it flipped up right only in the front… and I have such a hard time reproducing this look at home for him, and the last time I went in the stylist gave me some tips to make it stay. Great service and a very fair price.
