We dealt with Shane Wills, an agent you should avoid at all cost. Yes, we sold the house, but boy was it the most horrible experience we have ever had in real estate and we wouldn’t wish this guy on our worst enemy. He is a total liar and was working for the buyer the whole time. Every issue was ‘a deal breaker’ or the end of the world. He would draft up amendments that the buyer never asked for or even signed. He made mountains out of molehills just so when the issue was ‘resolved’ he touted what a hero he was. It was so bad that at our closing he simply walked away; neither the buyer or seller wanted to deal with him anymore. He even pressured an 87 year old neighbor who was dealing with his wife’s debilitating illness to sign into contract with him. He has no clue about road associations in Maine and harassed each property owner on our road even though it was not necessary.
