Zero stars if I can.
Terrible customer service. After multiple times trying to get a hold of them over the phone, we ended up driving to the store. The service guy was in the back and didn’t even take a minute to come out to help us. Said he was busy and wanted us to fill out a form and email us later. I can’t imagine how they would be if we were to hire them to service our pool.

Wow this place is some joke the owner and his crew have never had a truthful word to say and have no clue how a business and how a customer needs to be handled.
After my previous bad encounter I thought maybe I was being a little hard on them so I tried them again.
My experience started with me bringing them a broken pool cleaner to repair and a bottle of pool water to test.
One of the workers who appeared to be about 18 years old started to analyze it and asked for the dimensions and calculated that the pool was 40,000 gallons. He then recommend chemicals to add after he was complete, I purchased them and left the cleaner for a repair. Once i got home I grabbed a calculator and did my own math problem, it turned out that my pool was in fact only 28,000 gallons. At that point I thought well anyone can make a mistake. I re-​calculater added the chemical and proceeded to enjoy my back yard.
2 weeks later I go to pick it up and the say its repaired and they decided to on their own without any permission to also tune it up and that in fact the repair work was done under the manufactures warranty and hand me a bill foe $ 195. At this point my feeling was, no problem its fix tuned up. who cares lets just move on.
I went home, put the cleaner in the water and at this point find that nothing is repaired.
I return to the store and I am told that they must have installed the wrong part.
2 weeks later I call to ask if the cleaner is repaired and the top repairman start to use curse word to describe the manufacturer and explain that they were acquired by different companies and were the worse pool cleaner a person could buy.
2 more weeks pass and Im again told that they just are getting no response from the manufacture, at this point I asked them to give me the phone and the part number and I would try. John the repair man at the point started to ramble on how was an amazing IT guy and left the world of big business to join this little hole in the wall to make huge amounts of money??? THIS IS WHERE I REALLY GETS OUT OF CONTROL.
I called Blue Diamond (the best rated company in pool cleaners) they were very helpful and said that if i took them the machine it would be repaired within 5 day at no charge. But before I got off the phone she asked me who had it, when I told them I was informed that this company was not authorized to work on my machine.
Again i called the ranting and rambling IT genius who made up another story about how the manufacture had the motors on their way. at this point enough was enough went by surprise to just pick it up and was told that i could not have the machine that it was in pieces and they were working it and the IT genius would call he was out to lunch and was not expected back for hours.
I got in my car and called the little hole in the wall and miraculously the IT genius gets on the phone and assures me the motors we be there in 3 days and everything will be just fine that he has ups confirmation. Well another week passes and I get a very nice phone call from another teenager that the machine is repaired and I should come and pick it anytime.
Today I go to pick it up and I asked if in fact because I know they are not authorize to do the repair and if they put in an after market product in would that void the warrantee at this point I think maybe after all this I’m thinking maybe they will offer an olive branch? The owner appears (this is the man who walks around with the very thick glasses about 5’1″ tall about 55 years old with his head always pointing down and never making eye contact) and starts to make an argument and informs me that the machine was NOT repaired because there is a misunderstanding and that I should leave his store and never return for raising my voice in full Napoleon manner behind a couple of young kids. SMH you just cant make this stuff up, go see for yourself or better yet GO ELSE WHERE!!!

I must say the owner of this place really knows his stuff! Turns out he used to build fighter jets… The staff is also very knowledgeable especially when it comes to Aquabots and repairing them. They got mine running for a lot less than I expected. I also feel as though I was being taken care of and not rushed into buying a new one like the guys at Leslies tried to push on me. They also had my machine back to me quick-​turns out they are the ones who actually fix them. Other places send them out for repairs (often to Aquaquality) and I don’t have time for middlemen.
The store is a little small but I like that boutique service that privately owned local businesses give so I suggest them to anyone looking for a good repair company. I have not tried their weekly pool services yet.

Aquaquality Pools & Spas has been servicing my pool every week for several years now. They always do a great job cleaning it and checking the chemicals. The staff is very polite and professional. I took my Aquabot pool cleaner to their store in Westbury, NY to be repaired. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While I was there they also assisted me with other items that I needed. I would highly recommend Aquaquality Pools & Spas to my family and friends.

Went there for an Aquabot repair, actually an Aquabot Turbo repair, since it was not moving anymore. I searched for aquabot turbo and came across aquaquality pools. I brought my machine in they where very friendly and had me in and out in less then five minutes. That same day I got a repair quote for my machine for a extremely affordable price. The aquabot repair tech told me to come in the next day to pick it up. I was extremely pleased with there service speed and knowledge of pool cleaners. I would recommended them to anyone who needs any pool cleaner fixed since they fix all the major robotic pool cleaner brands.

For many years Aquaquality Pools and Spas, Inc has provided the parts I need to maintain my automatic pool cleaner. The parts are the lowest cost and great quality. Their repair facility is well stocked with parts and mechanics. This is the place for ALL robot repairs and swimming pool supplies.
Aquaquality Pools and Spas is much more than robotic pool cleaners. They caryy a full line of swimming pool chemicals, filters, pumps and chlorinators. They sell a portable pool filter setup mounted on a hand truck that is both cheaply priced and complete.
This year I bought a Loop-​Loc solid pool cover from them. No disappointments here, Aquaquality is the real deal.
Their store and repair facility are located on Post ave about half a mile south of Northern State Pkwy.
