Cheap, cheap, cheap. This small chandelier looks like it came from a super discount store. Never again. Beware of website photos as you can’t see details or size perspective. Won’t order from Crystorama again and I hate to bash a business.

I ordered a chandelier manufactured by Crystorama through My Habit. It arrived intact and after installation was beautiful; however, 1 bead of crystals was missing. We contacted My Habit and they told us we would have to take down the chandelier and ship it back to them and upon receipt would send us a new one. This was simply not possible because we already installed the chandelier and even paid someone to do that on our behalf. Frustrated with My Habit, we contacted Crystorama directly and they promptly responded and sent us the string of crystals w/​o charge. Crystorama makes exceptional chandeliers and their customer service is world class. Thank you Crystorama!
