Ordered a rug from there that was about 5% less than ABC carpet. They said it would take 8 weeks for delivery. 10 weeks later we called to ask about the delay. No info. 12 weeks, nothing… its now 16 weeks. No service, no apologies… not happy with them at all.

Great straight forward service. We bought our carpet from here two years ago and came back for more. A salesman named Paul helped us both times. Nice approachable person.
