One of the worst management companies and I agree with the other people who have written a review, the employees are uses less and make the board of manager the building where I live like the biggest fools. Kaled management can’t even keep their accounting in order, screw up whom ever they can and don’t care.
The property managers can’t even address the people who are literally paying thier salary by their name, shame on them.
Run from this idiots, they are out there to get you with fees and fines. I wonder who oversees these companies.

Terrible. First, they asked for an exorbitant security deposit because of a small dog, so they got leverage over us. They also misled us – we specified that we could only take the place if there was no construction since we work at home, and then they proceeded to do construction for 3 months in the apartment directly overhead — INCREDIBLY LOUD. They made no attempt to compensate or apologize. The «new» construction in our apartment also looked good initially but the quality is very low. Stay away.

This company manages my coop building, in which I own, and they make me feel like I have zero say as to what happens to my home. Trying to deal with anyone in that office is a nightmare. They have attitudes as if you are asking them to do anything other than their jobs. The fees they charge for basic requests are outrageous. However, I would be willing to overlook it if they could get ANYTHING done in a timely fashion. Overall I think they are poorly run and unprofessional, and if I would advise any renters/​purchasers to really mull it over before moving into a building under Kaled’s care.

Too call Kaled Management a bunch of Twats would be doing a disservice to the word TWAT. Yup they are terrible. I have never met a bunch of more twisted crooks in my entire adult life. With management/​ownership companies like Kaled I am surprised there haven’t been more slayings of property managers. Yup they hate and vitriol I have for these clowns is of epic proportions. They charge you for everything and if they could charge you for oxygen they would. Additionally the staff, oh man, what a bunch of slimey scumbags. I would rather dip my balls in hot coal than ever rent from them again.

This company is run by a bunch of monkeys. My husband and I applied for an apartment there recentlly. We are moving to the city since he got a new job. Those fools turned us down because he doesn’t have pay stubs to show yet from his new employer. THAT’S WHY WE’RE MOVING IDIOTS… we have good credit, 6 years of good employment and housing relationships, but no. That’s not good enough for them. They’d rather give the apt to someone who might have less income but has worked at that job for at least 3 months. What buffoons!
