Spent $ 1000 for a $ 1200 for s LV bag. The leather was very brittle as a result two straps broke within a few weeks. I feel the bag was overpriced for its condition. They refused to make repairs for me I’m supposed to be an expert on leather straps. You would think they are the experts and the price should be
according to the damage. The price they asked, I would’ve paid for like new condition. I again I assume for that price it was in like new condition. I made $ 1000 mistake with these people. Buyer beware

Greta provided us with excellent service. I would recommend LXR & Co to anyone who likes the finer thing but not paying full retail. I’m very happy with my Hermes Herbag. Oh by the way I am using my husband’s Unilocal account. Lol.
