If you want to have traditional Mexican food for cheap, this is your place in Westbury. The crew speak little English, but know enough to take your order and/or serve you.
The inside is cozy albeit a little too dark. It definitely makes you feel you’re in a secret place. They have a TV like in most Mexican restaurants and there’s usually one waitress only. I believe the owners keep changing the nature of the business from Deli, to store to Restaurant etc.
Highlights: The chorizo tacos and their Mexican Tortas. Inexpensive and generous portions. Can easily make two tacos out of one.
Also, they have a good selection of natural drinks.
Parking should be easy as there’s almost always space on the street.
