Here for a basic Dog with Kraut. It did not disappoint at all. It snapped when I bit into it. Great flavor. Reminds me of The Boardwalk. And my first kiss«Under The Boardwalk»

I remember this Nathan’s location from the early 90’s… It was amazing, so many machines, food, the works. Took my 7 year old nephew for a fun night out. The food was all right. Hot dogs were good, the initial fries were cold mush, which they did replace upon request. Replacement was ok, not it and not great. The 7 year old thought it was great of course. The game room hasn’t been updated in a long time. That’s ok, but the machines they did have were 30−40% broken. It was very disappointing, he would put quarters in and nothing would happen. There was only one young woman working the game room was sweet and tried to repair the machines, but the level of breakdown was beyond one person trying keep them going. Come on Nathan’s fix those machines!

I like the crunch when you bite into the hot dog. The unlimited sauerkraut and onions is a big plus as well… Too bad the locations in CA are very scarce. because that would be our quick go to place for a great hot dog. The one star that was dinged was because the fries were super greasy and semi burnt. it was like a brown pile of oily fries. but still. how can i resist!?! The lady working at the counter was super nice and kind. I really enjoyed her cust. service. So 4 stars it is!

If I possibly could give something lower I would. A classic american favorite easily ruined by a bunch of unprofessional and dirty employees who don’t take any pride in what they do mess up hot dogs and fries. if you want to go to a dirty place and eat horrible food please go.

Just had rays pizza that’s in westbury Nathan’s. Pizza was un-edible. Pizza was not cooked, dough was raw. Do not eat here– they have absolutely no idea how to make pizza.

I’ve never really had the desire to eat at Nathan’s. When I hear Nathan’s in my mind I immediately think Hot Dogs. Honestly I’m not a huge fan of hot dogs. Sure I might eat one or two a year at a random barbecue but I definitely wouldn’t willingly buy one from a fast food place assuming there were other options. I happened to be in the area when I was driving by and saw the sign for shrimp. I thought to myself, I like shrimp! What the hell let’s give it a shot. The photo looks appetizing and it came with a variety of sauces. I pull into the parking lot and see a sign for the drive through. The drive through window is awkwardly placed on the passenger side. That’s weird but I continued with my order nonetheless. I requested the chipotle sauce. I handed over the cash to the girl at the window and she basically just flung the bag onto my passenger seat. The shrimp were crispy, that’s probably the best thing I have to say about them. In terms of flavor they were very bland and very small. They were probably a medium at most and they were butterflied to make them seem bigger. They looked nothing like the picture but honestly most products never look nearly as good as their advertisements, so this was no major surprise. The chipotle sauce however was pretty tasty. I wasn’t expecting much for the price and I got exactly what I expected. I’ll be back for some Arthur Treacher’s next.

Best Hot Dogs on Long Island! Don’t go anywhere, but here for hot dogs. They also have an arcade room, pizza, subway, arthur trechers & carvel all in one.

I came here with my mom because she was craving a hot dog. The whole place is so sketch-ball. It’s like a mall food court without the mall and a creepy arcade attached to it. They had exposed electrical outlets sticking out from the floor with no cones or signs for caution. To top it all off the straws for the drinks weren’t even wrapped; they were just sitting in a cup at the condiment counter. I will avoid this place in the future.

This place forever holds a spot in my childhood growing up on Long Island! Instead of just Nathan’s and Arthur Treachur’s, now there are some additional options for your fast food lunch — truly one stop snacking for the whole family. They have a cordoned off seating area for kids parties, and the game room is still rocking with a great selection of coin-op video games and games for tickets!

My son and I stopped off at this location for a quick snack. My son ordered the Philly Cheese Steak combo and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. The Philly sandwich had very little meat and lacked any type of presentation. These types of sandwiches are supposed to be packed with meat and cheese. The chicken sandwich was very small with a thin piece of chicken. Not worth the 7.49 I paid. Both order of fries were very well done to the point that they were dark. I brought one order back to the Host Niara and I don’t know if she really understood the problem. She came back and handed me another order from the same batch that were cooked too long. I told her that they are cooked way beyond what they should be and she said they just put new fries in the fryer. In awhile, she returned and handed me well done fries again. I ended up taking them because it was quite obvious that the Nathan’s standard is either long gone or young and un trained employees do not know what they are doing. It was a very disappointing visit and a waste of money. So unfortunate when your talking about a name that originated from Brooklyn with the best reputation.

What’s funny about this place, my brother in laws dad owned the Arcade here in the 70s. Gimme everything free!(yeah right) As a kid? I lived on Nathan’s in Brooklyn. When they started to venture out over the years, I would still stop in for those french fries with the devil fork, haha Nathan’s Famous, I don’t eat it that often but when I do? I always think of the POP(Pay one Price) for $ 4.95 at Coney Island and having a Nathan’s «Famous» hot dog.

I must say that the cheese steaks are pretty good here, and the bread is sooo soft that it feels like there is no bread at all… not mad at all

It’s not Coney Island, but its still OK with me. Its fast food, good and fast. Sometimes the buns are a bit stale, but check before you walk away — they’ll change ‘em. Nathan’s has the BEST fast food fries EVER. Sometimes I just come for the fries. It’s clean and convenient, and house with Rays Pizza, Arthur Treachers, Subway and carvel. There’s also a game room. Plenty of seating and well attended.

This place has been here for as long as I have lived in west bury which is 25+ years. I have probably spent more then $ 500 dollars in that arcade over the years. I love video games of course and this place has a pretty nice arcade still. Not as much fighting games as there was but you can still come here and game. The restaurant is pretty cool too. They actually have a nice selection of fast food. There is a Ray’s Pizza(not sure of affiliation to Rays in the city). A burritoville which I never tried. Nathan’s of course and an Arthur Treachers. I have only eaten from Nathan’s and Arthur’s. I think they still have Kenny Rodgers chicken items on the menu as well. Also I think they were building a new restaurant booth the last time I was there. The food here is ok. I mean its fast food. Can’t really mess it up. I usually order from the Arthur’s menu more. The seafood combo they have is pretty damn good. From the Nathan’s side everything is alright. Something does seem off about the way the hotdogs are cooked here. I confirmed this when I last went to Coney Island and had some Nathan’s from the original. The grill there cooks the hotdogs in a way where you get more flavor. I’m not talking about the Nathan’s that is actually on the boardwalk. I mean the one that sits on the corner. In this case it is much better to go get the original. That is a bit of a trek for most long islanders just for hotdogs but I have driven into the city for Crif Dogs before so *shrug*. Haven’t tried the other places inside here but I haven’t really heard anything bad about them. Again its fast food so you can’t really mess that up.

I used to go to Nathan’s Brooklyn often as a child. Since my time is consumed by work, I haven’t been able to make that long trek into Brooklyn. Luckily I found this haven in westbury. Now, I never have to travel an hour to get quality fast food.

If you say you don’t like Nathans I won’t believe it! Nathans is such a cool classic, everyone has memories at coney island’s Nathans(Brooklyn stand up!) as a child, or even a as super cool teen(ahem…that was me of course… lol) This location is great. Its rather large with lots of seating, nice size parking lot and a recently added drive thru. It has a bunch of stuff, think Mexican, pizza, and a carvel. oh yea and there’s a Arthur treachers(love hushpuppies!) also. They have a pretty cool size arcade in the back. Lot of arcade games. the food is great. always fresh and they have a great selection. I’m not a hot dog type of gal, as you I prefer chicken. Nathans chicken sandwiches are delishes! I always get there fries with cheese… YUMM! I have also tried there philly cheese steak, that’s pretty darn good also. place clean in a loose way of using the word clean. they have a «topping» bar I would stay away from, things look kind of sad. BUT let me just say I would stay away from MOST topping stations because I cant stop thinking about the fact someone may have sneezed into it or thinking about how long that has been out or reused… gross. Nathans loses one start because I think they are kind of over priced. Also place could be cleaner. I have not had the pleasure of visiting the restrooms, but will update this review if I do… LOL

I’ve loved Nathan’s since I was a kid hanging with the fam in Coney Island! This Nathans was pretty good. Everything tasted traditional. The crinkle cut fries were crunchy deliciousness. I tried a new item on their menu– Lobster Salad sandwich. It was very good. I was in seafood heaven while eating it! Staff was very pleasant. Arcade next door makes it a cool atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

The food is what you would expect. Hot Dogs and other various fast food items. It hurt the next day, but that is to be expected. MY issue is with the video game area. When I was a kid this was the place to play pinball and most video games. They had a line up of 20 pins to play. It was awesome! Skee ball basketball etc. Can’t go wrong. Today, this was TERRIBLE. One broken pinball machine(I have been there before and it has’t gotten fixed), broken video games, a guy who didn’t care at all about working there. Nothing interesting, no fun. FIXTHIS! IT is the only place we can go play games as an adult without spending an arm and a leg.

The cool thing about this Nathan’s is that it’s located in a small«restaurant plaza», so you also have the option of ordering from Carvel, Arthur Treachers, etc. There’s also an arcade in the back. It’s a cool place to bring your kids for lunch and they play at the arcade. If you’re looking for a quiet fast food joint, this is not the place to be. There’s also a lot of seating.
