I redeemed my $ 5 textcode for some sweets. Didn’t find the store all that offensive, but I also didn’t exactly browse too heavily and beelined right for the front. I come from a family of educators, so we’re far from low on office supplies. Plus, I have a serious tooh for sucrose; don’t hate.

Not a big fan of Office Max. Priced competively, they have a rewards program similar to Staples. I feel like they need to turn on the lights in here — it’s a bit dim, but then again, their color is yellow so I guess they thought it was bright enough here. Staff isn’t helpful or friendly — come to think of it, the only staff I saw were the cashiers. Good luck if you have a question! Great way to run a business. We actually left to go to Staples to see if they had something since we couldn’t get assistance. Handicapped accessible, I never found the restroom. Office Max shares a parking lot with Best Buy so it’s always crowded though not so much on their end. There are food trucks(roach coaches) in the lot since there’s nothing close by you can run to.

This location has a limited supply of package decorated bordered papers in addition to standard office supplies. There are also furniture and a decent selection of back-to-school products. N.B. The only way to access this location, like many other places in LI, is by car.
