My date said they had great steaks. He has been going here for years, This was my first time. He made a reservation for a Saturday night. Good thing otherwise the wait was 1 ½ hours. I got the 10 oz filet mignon(medium well) with rice pilaf. It comes with a salad bar. They bring a small loaf of bread and butter to the table. The salad bar was great. Everything was fresh. The soup of the day was Wisconsin cheese soup. It was very good. They had like big croutons to go with the soup. THEY were so yummy! I enjoyed everything I tasted on the salad bar. My steak was melt in your mouth, no extra steak sauce was needed. Every employee was pleasant. The ladies restroom was clean though it could use an upgrade. You really should try this place out. You will NOT be disappointed.

We stopped in and had dinner. The cheese curds in the bar were the best we’ve ever had– lightly breaded and fresh. They were perfect with our Spotted Cow. Our steaks were delicious, as were scallops. This is not a fancy place, but it is deservedly busy. If you don’t want trendy, this is your spot. No kimchi here.

Great value, great service, great food. Miss living by a supper club, but not enough to move back!

Small salad bar has iceberg lettuce and few other veggies; baby carrots were old and whitish from drying out; some greenish, chemical/marshmallow dessert-type thing at end of bar; no tongs to pick up bread at salad bar – supposed to use your hands!(YUCK!) Had 10 oz prime rib – okay but nothing spectacular. Rice pilaf was good, but had an unexpected«celery flavor» like Campbells soup. There was artichoke in it too… weird. Best part of meal: great before-dinner Brandy Old-fashioned. Place was packed with locals all dressed up in the Saturday night baseball caps and clean farm clothes. Some of the women did have on their best sequined jeans. OVERALL: a depressing way to celebrate our anniversary.

If you want to take a step back in time and hang with the white socks, black shoes, brown belt crowd then have at it. The place is generally packed, there is free popcorn at the bar, a WI seal of approval salad bar(creamed peas & cheese chunks, 3-bean & macaroni salads), juicy $ 20 steaks, good & greasy batter-fried seafood(fresh frozen), plus cheese, cheese and more cheese. Wash it all down with a chocolate milk or a pink squirrel. Get a reservation on weekends and ask to sit by the windows, or you’ll be stuck in the dark dining room and you’ll be wondering if you’re in the restaurant or a rented room. Go before you get there too, the bathrooms are P.U.

This classic Wisconsin Supper Club has it all. Great standard cocktails including after dinner ice cream drinks… remember you can take the food home not the ice cream! Nightly specials and I highly recommend their Sun. night Prime Rib. It was very good. Good service, friendly place!

One of the classic, old-time supper clubs of Wisconsin. Have a drink in the bar first and relax. The juke box still has songs in it from the 70’s.

We have gone to Old Towne for their Friday night fish fry. They are usually packed and the earlier we get there, the longer we have to wait. However, they have always found seating for us and we made the most of hanging out in the bar, which has a beautiful view for sunsets. Very pretty. The fish is very good and the salad bar has a lot of variety. The wait staff are friendly but you can’t expect too much when they have a lot of tables to take care of. Bottom line: good food but they don’t go out of their way for friendly, personalized service.
