This place is really bad. First off they are ridiculously priced and don’t provide itemized receipts like other cleaners so you know what they are charging per item. They left dirt spots on everything I brought in even after I pointed the spots out on the clothes and they said it would be no problem, they did not do a good job of cleaning. Everything looks really beat up after I picked it up from here, as if they would have put it right thru a washer and dryer rather than dry cleaning. They most definitely charged me for dry cleaning on everything i brought in. The clothes i brought in had been worn one time since being new and now look like they belong in a thrift store. I would have done a better job using a washer and dryer at home. Will never go back again.

The quality of the cleaning was ok, but I was overcharged on 4 out of 5 cotton shirts. They decided to dry-clean the shirts instead of sending them through laundry as I requested.
I didn’t catch it until after I paid for the entire order. When I pointed out the charge was incorrect, I was told there was nothing they could do and told to call the «plant» and speak with Mike (owner/manager). Left a message for Mike and haven’t heard anything.
The prices here are much higher than other cleaners. Not worth it to me, especially since their attitude is «tough luck».

Horrible service, extremely expensive. They made me come 3 times to their store just to have my t-shirt hieght reduced. Bad excuses — no thread, no tailor, so much work, t-shirt has been taken home, etc. And they charge $ 15 for a simple hemming that too 4 days to get it done. I dont know why they claim to specialize in alterations.
