From working with Jennifer on two seperate occassions I can confidently say she is extremely professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Being a first time home buyer she was able to calm my nerves by being very attentive to my needs from always quickly responding back to any phone calls and emails to explaining every step of the process. I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome and that is why I returned to her for a refi. Our realtor recommended Jennifer at Top Flite to us as we were buying our first house. It was by far the best advice he gave us throughout the entire process. We did a fair amount of research, and talked to 4 or 5 other people as well, but ultimately went with Jennifer at Top Flite and couldn’t have been happier.
Difficult sellers caused delays at every turn in our sale but Jennifer helped us through it and kept things moving as quickly as she could. E-​mails and phone calls were always answered quickly. We really felt like she was doing everything she could to help us along. Hopefully we won’t be buying another house any time soon but if we do I would call Jennifer again immediately.
