Please stop hiring people that cannot speak well!!! Your employees speak like they have something in their mouth other than their tongues!!! Your chicken also smelled like breaded shrimp. Not a good sign!!!

I grew up in Hillside. I used to go to this KFC all the time before I moved. The people were nice to me. This place is clean and the food was good. What more can you expect from fast food?
I read the other reviews. One of the guys never eaten the food at this place. Seriously, how can you review some place you have never eaten at? And the other guy was complaining about service charges. Wow, if you can’t afford to eat fast food, you have some serious issue with your life. Just saying! Jerks like these is the main reason why I left the western suburbs.

The service here is downright terrible, honestly I’ve never eaten the food here. I’m not joking when I say that the 2 times I have went there, they didn’t have anything I tried to order, or they wanted me to wait 20 minutes to get plain fried chicken. Definitely not recommended.

I don’t come here often, and there is a reason for it. The food is fine, I rather enjoy it, but I hate their management. $ 0.10 for water? fuck off. $ 1.00 charge to use my credit card? Fuck you again buddy. $ 0.35 for an extra sauce? Ha! What a joke. The last straw was going in there to buy $ 30.00 in «gift checks» (must be spent in AT LEAST $ 5.00 increments) for my rather blue-​collar dad’s birthday, and they had the audacity to charge me a $ 1.00 again to use my credit card. I laughed in his stupid face and told him I would take my business somewhere else. I do enjoy the Colonel, but I do not enjoy this particular Colonel. Do not support this man in his money grubbing efforts.
