This clock shop seems to be a mom and pop place; looks like it’s been there for ages. Owner was nice; very knowledgable about watch repairs. Good experience overall. Would recommend.

These guys are not to be trusted, if you have a heirloom watch. Dropped of my watch that had great sentimental value, to be cleaned and adjusted. Was told it would take 6 – 8 weeks. It took 8 months. Every time I called, would be fed BS. This went on for months. Every time I told them I wanted to pick it up, Sharma and laiq would lie and tell me my watch were in pieces, and it would be done the next week. This went on for months. I finally got the watch back, and the original glass was replaced. This devalues the watch considerable, not to mention it’s sentimental value. Don’t trust these folks, they are liars and thieves. Will not tell you the truth!
