Coastal Rheumatology

I have been seeing Dr. Silversmith for about 8 years now. I was lucky to have been referred to her by my former PCP and as far as I’m concerned, there’s not a better rheumatologist in the state. She thorough, stays up to date with current trends and rigorously treats symptoms until a solution is found. What’s even her better practice is that she actually cares about her patients. She remembers details and personalizes the experience in a way that is almost non-​existent in the health industry today. Being diagnosed with Lupus at 30 and going a year with undiagnosed symptoms is scary! Her demeanor and skill put me at ease and got me through in a way that I now believe only she could. It’s almost tragic that she can’t accept new patients anymore. I would refer anyone I know and love with auto-​immune concerns.
