Get Wireless Now

I had no idea that this was the name of the store. To me this was the ATT wireless store in Westerly.
In anycase. I have an Iphone. I didn’t buy it here. I broke something months ago and having no idea what to do came here to ask. The guys behind the counter were super nice and super friendly (which feels good when you’re not some young blonde type) and directed me on all my different options on solving the problem. I expected some kind of «hey while you’re here, wanna look at cases?» sales pitch but these guys intuitively knew what I was there for and seemed pleased that they could help.
Then yesterday I went in again. This time I was convinced that a ATT tower must have gone down in the area or something because I had 5 bars everywhere down to a No Service message for days. I went in and asked ‘Hey is there a tower down or something? Cause my phone isn’t getting service.‘
I turned the phone to show him and he told me it should be alright since he hadn’t heard of anything liked that. He indicated to give him my phone and I did and before he could say «It should be fine in a few minutes…» He had taken the back off, did something, and I was getting alerts to missed voicemails and texts like crazy. Free of charge.
I left feeling really happy and satisfied and realized I STILL haven’t bought anything from these guys! Somebody should!
